Great hotel, see their website for details, but the staff was friendly ansd helpful, the rooms clean and well decorated with a great shower, great views, comfortable bed. also a balcony to relax on with a view of the beach., I didn't like the bathroom sink in the living area and could have used a bit more help with the luggage when we checked in.

Booked one night only days before for a birthday excursion. Great hotel with informative, friendly desk staff. Beach tags and pool towels included with stay. Bed was so comfortable and I have a bad back so I was grateful! But it was so comfy I didn't want to get up! Wonderful little balcony to see across the street to the beach.

I’m not sure why this hotel only has a 3.8 star rating. We just left after a 3 night stay and can’t wait to go back! This is our 4th time going but first time staying here. The people at the front desk were welcoming and very helpful. They provide daily beach tags which is a huge plus! The pool is clean and the restaurant (barefoot) on site was amazing! You can get poolside drinks and food which was so, so nice after a morning at the beach, especially with kids. The drinks and food were also delicious. The pool never seemed over crowded, we were always able to find loungers to sit in. There was also live music each afternoon/evening which we loved. The room was clean and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Each room has an ocean view which is what drew us in! The location is also key. We didn’t need to use our car once. We were able to walk to Washington Street Mall, arcades, mini golf, beach, restaurants, etc. We can not wait to return year after year! We loved our stay and are counting down the days until we come back.

Marquis is FABULOUS!!
The perfect location!! Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the infamous Washington Mall. The hotel affords spectacular views of the ocean. Friendly knowledgeable staff, comfortable airy rooms most with a relaxing balcony. A beautiful pool area with an open bar and convenient secure parking. I definitely would return.

This was our eighth stay at the Marquis and our first trip taken outside of summer months. We had great weather. Although we did not partake of the pool, many did and it looked very welcoming. We are always greeted warmly by managers Joe M and Marlene and look forward to seeing them every year. Both of them and all staff are very helpful and professional!! The rooms are updated, beautifully done and extremely clean. Every room has an ocean view! We walked to restaurants and the 'mall'. You really don't need your car once you arrive. You can even bike to Cape May Point. Another great stay and we look forward to coming back next year.

LOVED THE ROOM, BUT...
Everything was wonderful about the room, except for the odd location of the sink. The sink was not in the bathroom, but in the entrance way near the mini-fridge. With more than one person occupying the room, this was an inconvenience. Otherwise, service and cleanliness and amenities and location were all excellent!!
