The “Portside Cottage” is the waterfront oasis you’ve been hoping for. This newly renovated, stand alone home is next door to our Boat House rental at our functioning boatyard. On the island of Cape May, you won’t find a more unique opportunity. Fish, crab, or bring your own paddle board, kayak, or boat to jettison from the docks of our private marina. Enjoy sunsets from the porch after cooking dinner in a chefs kitchen or use the Weber grill out front! Walkable to the Lobster House, Lucky Bones, Mayer’s Tavern, C-View Restaurant, and multiple other dining options. Less than 1.5 miles from Cape May Beaches !** Because this is an operational boatyard, there is a 2 car maximum ** house sleeps four comfortably !If interested in renting both homes at Roseman’s Boatyard please inquire.The Boathouse sleeps a maximum of eight , 6 adults, hope to see u soon.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.We can provide pack & play

What a great place to stay!! Super clean and comfortable!! Well equipped we didn’t need to run out and get anything. Right in the marina, walking distance to a couple of restaurants and to the dolphin and whale watching charters. Chris made sure we had everything we needed and gave us good restaurant suggestions- will absolutely be back!!

My family and I loved our stay at the Portside cottage! It was exactly as pictured, beautiful counter tops, great bathrooms and adorable coastal decor. Cleanliness was 10/10 as well. The location was perfect for us, it offered privacy while still being close enough to the charming town of Cape May. We will definitely be back!

Amazing rental
Christiane was so easy to get in touch with. She let me know what we needed to do/bring to the rental. The house was in a great location. Easy to walk to a few restaurants and still a quick drive to the beach and the Washington street mall.
I’d love to stay at the Portside Cottage again!

Cape May Gem
We had a great stay in Cape May at the Portside Cottage!
The house was well-appointed with everything one might need after a day at the beach or exploring the island. The marina is a quiet spot, but still in close proximity to all Cape May has to offer.
We look forward to returning in the future!

Courtside cottage
My wife and I stayed here last week and it was a perfect location. Well kept very clean and communication was fantastic. My son and his wife stopped by and spent a couple nights with us as well. We really enjoyed the location of being right there by the water. christiane and Don were very accommodating

Wonderful Memorial Day Weekend
My husband and I stayed here with our 2 children (16yo and 12yo) for a long Memorial Day weekend. It was a wonderful stay, the house is beautiful, clean and so warm and welcoming. We were incredibly comfortable and felt very taken care of by the hosts. The house is in a great, quiet location with a lovely view especially of the sunset. It’s away from the shopping and beach crowds which is great in the evening, but close enough that you can be downtown either via a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Or you have several restaurants within a half mile from the house. In the evening, we found ourselves walking to one of these restaurants for dinner. It was a perfect getaway, and we’ll definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Christiane's lovely cottage at the marina. The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable with all new amenities. I loved being on the quiet marina with the peaceful view of the water and sound of the birds. We loved it so much we will be returning in September!

An amazing family vacation!
We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Portside Cottage. Christiane was so attentive and warm and we were thrilled when we arrived to see the lovely, inviting home. It was great to have a calm, restful place to come home to after active days at the beach and boardwalk. We'll definitely be back!
