I booked an airport pickup, was told it would arrive in 10 minutes, but waited over 20 minutes. The lobby staff provided average service, not proactively greeting or acknowledging guests, and seemed rather cold. In contrast, the driver was more friendly. The room was dusty, and the Wi-Fi was down for over 12 hours due to a malfunction.

The Riviera Marriott in Monaco was overall an okay experience. The hotel feels a bit outdated, and our room wasn’t very clean when we first arrived. Thankfully, the staff addressed it quickly and cleaned the room.
The location is decent, but it’s about a 30-minute walk to the main streets of Monte Carlo. However, they do offer a free shuttle service to the city, which was convenient.
The pool is quite small, and the gym is very limited in size and equipment. Breakfast was fine – nothing special, but not bad either.
All in all, a solid 3 out of 5. It’s not a bad place, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is disgusting and the terrace is extremely disgusting... there are flies and pigeon droppings everywhere... please don't have breakfast in the hotel. For the price and the name Marriott, it's really not good, but the view is great and the rooms are very clean.

Breakfast with a large selection, but always the same. Even had salmon! Baked goods tasted good but not outstanding. Dinner was also good but nothing special. The staff were friendly but not particularly motivated. You always had to ask for information. For example, when is breakfast time, is there a charging point for the car. Otherwise you didn't get any information.
Deficiencies: the heating in one room didn't work. And the charging point for the electric car, although listed in the information, is practically non-existent, as it is three simple sockets that are not EU compliant. The location at the Met was very good, but a bit on the outskirts of Monaco.
Overall, I would say that the price-performance ratio is not quite right.
