This is a hotel. It's too far away from Lake Como, and there's nothing in it. A failed reservation. The next morning, there was an incident with breakfast. I booked breakfast, but I wasn't allowed to eat it when I came down and said it wasn't available. , I am speechless with this front desk. This can be a mistake. Anyway, I will never book again in the future. I am very dissatisfied.

Sehr saubere Zimmer, Bett top. Zugang zu den Zimmern mit Treppen, Frühstück war für uns nicht so geeignet, da wir morgens Früchte essen mit Haferflocken. Haben wir uns dann gekauft. Kaffee ist gut….der Preis ist etwas erhöht für die Leistung

The staff was unexceptional. The service was beyond excellent. The only thing we didn’t like was the location. Even though we used the Navi to get to the hotel, but the hotel was hidden and too dark around it . We had to ask someone yo find the hotel . And I think the hotel is going through some remodeling and renovations. But overall we loved it

Leider waren wir von der Umgebung des Hotels sehr geschockt. Das Hotel wurde nur teilweise fertig gestellt und ist noch eine halbe Baustelle . Die Lage nicht besonders ansprechend , aber mit dem Bus alles gut erreichbar . Das Personal hat sich sehr bemüht dies wieder wett zu machen . Das Frühstück war sehr gut.aber insgesamt trotz alledem nicht empfehlenswert

Great place to stay, quiet area. Nice little cafe on the corner. Bus drop off right in front of hotel. If you don’t have a car there’s not much to walk to. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only complaint is that we were supposed to get a balcony room & we got a little patio out back that was not very comfortable to sit on. Breakfast was perfect

Til kun to overnatninger er det fint . Vi havde booket familie værelse til 6 vi var fem vores udsigt fra den ene tarrasse var ud til en bygning uden vinduer lignet en bygge plads
Ret god morgenmad og rigtige smilende personale . Men har egen P plads i kælderen så dejlig afkølet bil
