Warm welcome from the reception desk lady. Super nice view from the hotel. I would come back if I choose to visit Wengen again. It took only 5min walk from the hotel to the train station and the cable car to go to the Mannlichen walking route.

This hotel does not meet 4-star standards, except for the beautiful environment and fancy restaurant.
Hygiene: We found a lot of hair on the walls of the bathroom and behind the door. We asked the waiter to explain that the hygiene was not cleaned properly. We were very sorry☹️. This really ruined the mood of traveling and was a terrible experience.
Facilities: The faucet is old-fashioned from many years ago, and the lights in the room are also very dim.
Service: I booked the same room type as my friend, but I don’t know why, our room is so small.
