The hotel itself is in a great location to walk to restaurant and town center and looks great from the outside. It had underground parking. They were doing hallway renovations but that was not listed when booking. The photos of the place we had were misleading as the hotel room itself was pretty run down. The leather sofa is old and stained. The sofa bed was the same and very thin mattress. For 500 a night I would have expected more

I booked a two-bedroom hotel room three months ago for 1,100 Canadian dollars for two days. My friend booked it a few days before his arrival and wanted to upgrade to a suite like mine, so he added 80 Canadian dollars a day, which means the total price is 520+160=680 Canadian dollars for two days. So 1. Don't book in advance 2. Book the cheapest one and upgrade it to a good room after you go to the front desk

The hotel has two sides one side of the main building in addition to the sub-building next door is allocated for the lower floor of the sub-seat during the stay outside the hotel road maintenance sand and dust rolling and the room space is small toilet and room hygiene general😩
However, seeing that the hotel has a large swimming pool and a slide I and my family did not have time to swim but see seems quite attractive! 😁
Price is relatively cheap relative to Banff quality overall generally acceptable!

They were lively and very friendly when checking in. Good.
The room and bathroom were spacious and clean :)

First of all the town this hotel is situated in is incredible with lots of great stores and a fantastic bagel shop. The receptionist staff were very kind and welcoming. Our room had a full sized kitchen a grill and many aplliances so everyday we had a homecooked meal. The better option than eating out since it is much more affordable. The beds were super comfortable and the showers were out of this world. It had a FUN button so cool. I would recomend this hotel ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

We recently stayed here for a friends wedding. It was a lovely hotel in a great location. We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite and it was massive! It has all the amenities you could need, full kitchen, pool, laundry in your room, on-site dining and free underground parking which is completely secure. The beds and rooms are comfortable are clean, staff are very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting the area. They are currently undergoing upgrades which is great. The rooms are a little dated and could do with some renovations especially the showers.

Very disappointed in this hotel. Staff were extremely rude bar one lovely English fella who helped us check in. Other staff we dealt with definitely made us feel like we weren’t welcome there and didn’t want to help us at all. We asked about breakfast in the hotel and the receptionist said “ask the kitchen yourself”, then we wanted to phone for a taxi and were told “you can do that yourself” which we could not as we are from UK. Also there was no house keeping, meaning no fresh towels, beds not made, bins not emptied! Thank goodness we were only staying 3 days. Also an awful smell out of the drain in the shower. Only positive thing was the grand kitchen itself we had dinner in it and it was beautiful. Don’t think we would stay here again.
