Convenient location and courteous staff. Breakfast was sensational. In-room facilities were functional and the amenities were adequate.

性價比超高，雖然給了一個邊角位置，但服務和設施還是挺好的，酒店有收費spa，沒空去了，是傳統滑雪度假酒店，早餐挺豐盛的，還有中國普洱茶，酒店有個發呆位，可以一覽山景，很漂亮。如果來得巧的話，可以搶個免費車位，如果沒有，酒店也是有收費停車場，畢竟安道爾還是地貴。

Loved the quite location, comfortable bedding, good breakfast buffet spread, friendly staffs. Free public parking is limited especially peak and holiday season so it’s advised to reserve the hotel parking for 15 a night. The hotel is up hill hence there’s isn’t any walkable parking options nearby. I do deduct some points because the WiFi in my room is not working (it works perfectly in other public areas of the hotel). The spa is also a little small and will be crowded during the peak season.

A hotel worth recommending in many ways. Good facilities, clean, good location and view. Breakfast was varied and very good. The only downside is that there isn't much parking space. If there is no free parking space, valet parking may be available for a fee.

Es más de lo que esperaba. El hotel fabuloso. El personal muy amable y profesional.personal de recepción super amable.el comedor muy acogedor y la comida abundante y de calidad.cuesta un poco aparcar pero tienes parking privado. Os lo recomiendo, yo aún estoy aquí alojado y ya estoy pensando en regresar otra vez jaaa.

A fascinating experience, perhaps and especially because it was totally unexpected. We had made the reservation without much prior research, and we were not sure what to expect. Without a doubt, everything exceeded our expectations. Incredibly clean and welcoming SPA, staff attentive to any need. The space is simply unbeatable. The breakfast is incredibly well-stocked and of good quality. We didn't try the restaurant for lunch or dinner and we didn't go to the pub either, but all the opinions are fantastic, so I don't doubt that it is.

Hôtel plus que parfait ! Personnel hyper accueillant et souriant . Au petit soin pour leurs clients . Nous avons séjourner 3 jours et 2 nuits et avons pu bénéficier de la formule petit déjeuner et demi pension de l hôtel qui fut un régal. Tout est copieux bien présenter propre et très bon! Nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain passage au pas de la case et Andorre !

L'hôtel se situe sur les hauteurs de la ville de Canillo. Un peu de montée pour y accéder. Un parking extérieur dépose minute (15mn) nous permet de décharger les affaires de la voiture. Nous avons été accueilli à la réception par Lucas (Grand fan comme moi de vikings, il comprendra), accueil trés conviviale. Nous avons pris le parking de l'hôtel pour 15€ par jours, ce qui nous a permis de ne pas galèrer pour trouver un stationnement à proximité très rare. Trés grand hôtel avec un restaurant et un bar irlandais. Notre chambre (105) se situait au bout d'un couloir au niveau -1. Une salle de bain très fonctionnelle avec douche à l'italienne et WC ainsi qu'un grand lavabo qui permet de stocker ses affaires de chaque côtés. Nous avons apprécié le lit King size, très confortable, le frigo, la télévision avec plusieurs langues dont la majorité de chaînes françaises et le coffre fort. De la fenêtre, nous avions une vue epoustouflante sur la ville et la montagne. Bref tout équipé pour passer un bon séjour. Nous avons pris la demi pension sur 2 jours et n'avons pas été déçu autant par le dîner, qui est un buffet assez complet, que le petit déjeuner très copieux, il y en a pour tous les goûts et c'est très bon. Nous avons aussi pu prendre des collations au pub irlandais, avec un grand choix de boissons. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un excellent séjour et remercions tous le personnel de l'hôtel qui est d'une grande gentillesse.
