The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. However, for my surprise, a additional value of R$ 17.84 was charged as a ”service fee” at the check-out, which was reported by the reception that the daily registered as a payment in the hotel system was not R$ 20.41 but a lower value of R$ 17.84. The value of R$ 205.19 (card bill) + R$ 2.46 (tx of tourism paid at reception = correct) is being charged on my credit card. At the end of the day is with the price of R$ 205.19 + R$ 2.46 + R$ 17.84 = R$ 225.49! Clearer information on the daily prices is needed on the website of Trip.com. R$ 17.84 could be refunded/ returned.

Hotel super aconchegante, atendimento excelente, equipe atenciosa, o restaurante com muitas opções e pratos deliciosos. Café da manhã com bastante opções e bem gostoso. Quarto amplo e limpo. Possuem piscina aquecida, trilhas em meio a natureza e um Lago com gansos lindos. Apesar de estar no centro da cidade de Canela, bem silencioso o hotel. Voltaremos com certeza!

The hotel is located near the Canela Stone Cathedral, but in a short walking street. The restaurant serves very good breakfast quality. Other times have a variety of options on the cart for lunch, lunch or dinner. Clean/hygienized accommodation with smeral. Garage with manobrist if necessary.

O hotel é bom, tem amplas acomodações, atendimento cordial, quartos bem limpos, porém precisa melhorar bastante em alguns pontos: - precisamos passar roupas e o hotel não disponibilizou ferro e também não possui serviço de lavanderia. - Pedimos o quarto twin, porém ao chegarmos, o quarto era com cama de casal. Conseguimos resolver, mas foi bem desgastante uma vez que estávamos muito cansados após uma viagem muito longa. - O café da manhã muito fraco. Pães velhos, alguns alimentos aproveitados do dia anterior, suco de laranja muito ruim. - O chuveiro muito instável, ao mesmo tempo que a temperatura estava agradável, vem do nada um jato de água muito quente ou muito gelada. Tirando esses pequenos contratempos, quero salientar que a equipe do hotel é sempre cordial e muito solicita em atender nossos pedidos. Destaque para Vitória, a recepcionista muito simpática.

I stayed three days at the hotel, arrived Friday with my husband, and Saturday the rest of the family arrived. We were all very well served on Friday when we arrived at check in I think who took on us was the owner, she is very lovely and educated, gave us some maps of the city and informed that she had free transport to the factory of The room we stayed had a couple bed and a single bed, the bed was very comfortable and the cottages too, but we always take our cottages home (cottages) so we ended not sleeping in them. The bathroom was small but clean, so no complaints. We were provided with bathroom towels and faces, toilet paper, sabble and shampoo/conditioner. If something was missing, just call the room phone and ask them to bring it. I had air conditioning, which makes a difference for me, for those who don't live without TV, I had it, and breakfast was served from 07:00 to 10:00, all warm and delicious. The chocolate cake was my favorite hehe In general, we were very well served, if you return to the city I would certainly stay in the hotel. That we were even taking at 9 a.m. and they were still replacing everything very fresh.

Excelente impressão do hotel e sua estrutura. Embora só fiquei uma noite um hotel para apreciar o clima da serra e descansar no seu amplo espaço de área verde com lagos e bela paisagem. O mesmo localiza-se ao lado da Roda Canela. As acomodações são conforaveis e café da manhã saboroso. Atendimento ótimo.
