Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary.
We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views.
Thank you Taj for the amazing service and hospitality.

Staying with Taj Village was an experience in itself! From the communication before the arrival till the checkout it was all wonderful. Special thanks to Saloni from the front office for such a warm stay. She was a guide and help and a friendly face throughout the stay. The chefs at Caravela are doing an amazing job! Ekta and Shubh from Caravela were always there for all our smallest requests also. They went out of the way to make my child's dining experience even better. Haresh, Sahoo and Mithinga- the lifeguards by the pool took great care of my son! They played with him, taught him tricks, and also kept an eye out if ever we were not around. All the people I have mentioned made us feel like family. Took care of us like family. The only area which I feel the hotel can work on if the service to the rooms. Anything from water bottles, cutlery, etc all took a long time to come. I even waited 45min once for plates and cutlery.

Poor food quality very uncomfortable stay manager is not good I will never recommend this place to anyone I don’t think it’s a good resort to stay very silent and poor food quality restaurant manager behaviour was not good and parking space also not there

We came here for relaxation and it was exactly what we got. The hotel was right on the beach with a great variety of restaurants a short walking distance away., although the food in the hotel was very good. The staff were great and looked after us very well. The facilities in the sister hotel were also excellent especially the spa. It was very easy to go there as there were courtesy cars readily available. We are definitely looking to return with our family as the children's facilities and activities looked good. Thank you to everyone who took care of us.

Just spent 11nights at the Taj village North Goa Overall lovely stay beautiful well maintained grounds . We stayed in a garden room which also had a sea view . Lots of walking as the rooms are spaced out around the property which is large . Occasionally you can get a golf buggy to drop you off around the resort. The rooms are fine . We felt the shower needed some maintenance bit tired looking . They provide toiletries but I can never understand why they still use loads of small plastic bottles for the shampoo etc . Surely wall dispensers would be a lot more economically friendly . Our house keeper Saad was lovely, really helpful nothing was too much trouble . All the staff were friendly and polite. Special mention to Sadhoo one of the pool staff who really made sure we had clean towels, water etc Apparently , it was wedding season and we had two large weddings and a birthday party which was ok , but there was a lot of preparation going on and fireworks were set off at 4am which wasn’t appreciated! We didn’t sit on the beach as it was busy and there were not many sunbeds The hotel is in a good location plenty of beach shacks shops etc on the doorstep . I would recommend
