My husband and I love Sun Palace! We travel there every year in July. This is the perfect couples resort. We love the staff. Juan Guinto is the most fabulous, caring, and sweet waiter at Aurora Restaurant. We look forward to seeing him every morning for breakfast! He always remembers us and is so accommodating ! Can't wait til next year!

Sun Palace is the BEST! We’ve lost count of how many times we have stayed here since we’ve been members. Service is fantastic and today we were surprised with these beautiful flowers! The resort is small, but the rooms are great. Restaurants offer a variety of food and the staff welcomes us like we are family every time we visit! Consuelo and her team make us feel right at home!

Sun Palace is our favorite resort in Cancun. We love the smaller occupancy, great food, and that all rooms are ocean front rooms. The service is top notch and it’s so clean. We can’t wait to go back in the future!

We had a fabulous stay a Sun Palace. We enjoyed the smaller resort and the personal service. Our Diamond Concierge, Giselle, made sure everything was perfect and added personal touches. The service at Sweets and Coffee was always friendly, the food was good at all of the restaurants and the employees made us feel special. I asked Esther for cheese on my tacos at lunch and she made them extra yummy. Juan Guinto always provided friendly, cheerful service at breakfast! The rooms were amazing. Large, well laid out, super comfortable bed, and a great view. We will definitely be back!

We are at Sun Palace for 10 days and are fortunate enough to get to eat dinner at each place a few times. Thai is one of our favorites everytime we visit and on this trip the service team and the cooking team has been exceptional Ricardo was our main waiter 2 times and made each meal an amazing experience for our whole family. His service and his entire team's service to our family throughout our dinners was way over the top. His and all the staff's service is why we keep coming back to Sun Palace.
