Food was amazing!!

Went to sun palace in June. We totally fell in love with it . We have been to sunrise and the grand and wondered if we would like a smaller boutique hotel . Staff, service, room, food everything was perfect . I can’t wait to get back here but it’s far from uk . We will return . 10/10 for both of us

My highlight for this vacation was definitely the service we received from Juan Guinto at the Aurora Restaurant Breakfast Buffet. He remember all of our drink orders, catered to all of our needs, and was always on top of getting refills or food if needed. If you stay at the Sun Palace Resort in Cancun, I highly recommend Juan Guinto’s section if you want the BEST services ❤️

Jonathan and Alan with the Entertainment Staff were THE BEST - they were so kind, interactive, fun and welcoming. They kept us thoroughly entertained by the pool and with activities at night. Juan Guinto was also the most AMAZING wait staff at breakfast each morning. He remembered our coffee orders after the first visit, so we made sure to sit in his section every morning. He was so kind and even gave us little treats - beautiful shells, small magnets, etc.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, room, restaurants, coffee shop, food, drink, pools, gym and spa Great choice of restaurants with exceptional food All staff super friendly and extremely helpful Loved the beach yoga & stretch classes on the beach with Uriel 1st thing in the morning - what a way to start the day 🥰 Spa treatments are fantastic

We spent an incredible 10 days at Sun Palace from July 5- July 15. It has taken me a bit to write out my thoughts, but I wanted to make sure to talk about the amazing experience we had at this beautiful resort. For starters, the resort is always super clean, whether that is the common areas or our room, which was cleaned multiple times per day. We have been to Sun Palace 2 years ago and we were excited to see that the nightly entertainment has changed and was heavily live music of some sort. We really liked Tessa, Greta, and Daryana who took requests and would sing a variety of music in the lobby bar to get the crowd involved. I also really felt like Miguel at the lobby bar, made the absolute best drinks, would recommend new things, and even told the bartender, who was covering on his day off, exactly how I liked my drink. Karina the waitress in the lobby bar recognized us from 2 years ago, always brought us snacks with our drinks, and was super attentive. The restaurants were all delicious but if I had to choose one as our favorite, I would say it would be Thai due to Gabriella and Daniel, who would make sure that we had plenty of food and that we tried new things. My favorite dish, that I had multiple times, would be the smoked tuna appetizer at Fuego because it was fresh, light, and packed with flavor. The lasagna and duo cream soup for Trattoria was another standout dish for me. Lastly, the entertainment staff made every pool day fun and energetic. Jonathan, Allen, and Pedro kept everyone involved and got people to participate without being too pushy. I really like how there are events that happen every day so that you can plan and participate in things that you enjoy. One highlight of the resort was being able to watch the sea turtles laying eggs every single night. We were so impressed by the staff, food, and overall experience that we have decided we want Sun Palace to be a yearly destination for us and we can’t wait to go back.
