ルームクリーニングはホテルのフロントに都度頼む必要があります。初日はそれを知らず、ホテルに帰宅後部屋が朝のままの状態であったため驚きました。
スタッフの皆さんは非常に親切で、追加のタオルを依頼した際も快く対応してくれました。
英語でのコミュニケーションが難しいスタッフもいましたが、翻訳機を使ってコミュニケーションを取ろうとしてくれたので、助かりました。
立地的には色々な場所へ出やすい便利な場所だと思います。特に24時間営業のウォールマートというスーパーマーケットがすぐ近くにあったのでよかったです。

When checking in, they spring on you the fact that there is a $100 US fine if you are caught having any alcoholic beverages in your room. That was mentioned NOWHERE on their website. To their credit, they refunded my money, and I went elsewhere.

We loved Our stay at Grand city hotel. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. It's a bar a few buildings down where you can sit outside and listen to some nice rock music. The whole vibe was good, they kept the property very clean, every day they were cleaning. We will be back and will stay with Grand City hotel again and again!!!

Accueil très agréable, personnel sympathique, chambres vastes et bien équipées. L'hôtel est confortable, le parking est très facile, la piscine est propre et le tout est sans grand charme mais efficace, à part le petit déjeuner qui est un peu trop basique.
