This hotel is advertised as a 3 star, but the quality and amenities makes it a 2 star. The rooms are small (though clean) but lack basic amenities such as toiletries (except shampoo and soap in a container attached to the wall), no body lotion, not even Kleenex. The common areas are average and the breakfast is barely decent. Friendly staff somehow mitigates the experience. Rooms facing Tulum avenue can be noisy, especially during the day and evening.
