The room was full of water because of the air conditioning, I went down to ask the person at the reception for someone to come clean and his response was that he was alone, that he couldn't go and clean and that he couldn't change my room either because Everything was full, he didn't give a solution and I had to sleep with the entire floor wet. The room smelled very damp since I arrived.
