I am here now with 2 of my kids. Calling this “all inclusive” is a stretch. Workers that seem happy to help you with something only to turn and try to up sell you. All inclusive restaurants that have menu prices for all the decent items. When we arrived (4:30PM) we were told we missed the line to reserve the nice restaurants but try the next day. Next day after waiting almost an hour in the reservation line we were told the nice restaurants were booked past the days were were staying. The only way I was allowed to book a restaurant is forming a queue from 1PM-4PM. They pointed me to their nice Mexican restaurant. I plan my day partially around this only to be told the restaurant is closed for A/C repairs. I visit the area enough to know they close the restaurants when they don’t sell enough rooms. No need to lie to me about it. Before writing this I tried talking to staff and “they were so sorry they everything is out of their control”. Any follow up message to this post will be damage control to other readers. Full of seaweed this days. Since I am limited to eating at the buffet I got to know Pedro and his partner( cant remember the name). They have been great servers and ready to move to a higher level establishment. Management switcharoo shenanigans is not their fault. My 2 kids that stayed at home with my wife are having a better time. My best options are staying at a real 5 star or stay at home.
