The worst hotel in the hotel zone of Cancun, dirty with cockroaches in the room, the bathroom was like a roadside. I DID NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL and they do not want to refund me.

Big mistake booking in that Condos and the app would help me either resolving the inconvenience. When I arrived at the hotel, they asked me for a QR code that I did not know, they made me waste about an hour and a half trying to solve the problem, no one could solve the problem for me. I had to make a reservation at another hotel.I am now requesting a refund and I can't get through to the app, I don't know who can help me at this time.

The staff are arrogant ******, a fat ass reluctantly charging you for breakfast, the layout of the rooms almost means that they have to give you a map so you don't get lost, in the room they only give you a towel, the bathroom is one of the most screwed up I've ever seen. seen and the nastiest and most disrespectful people you can imagine staying in this hotel. horrible I won't return.

I am here today August 5, 2025, in all inclusive has nothing all-inclusive bad breakfast made only of eggs cereals and some croissant that you can not eat to suck disgusting hotel bad food poor buffet always find the same what is every day not alternative year put the Usual pasta with rice cheese and chicken salad tomato and Aqua because the restaurant does not year only Aqua from the distributor .. bad staff 0 Welcoming bad cleaning bad beach full of seaweed and rough sea not cared for at all year 3 pool loungers always dirty in a few words to avoid do not be fooled by the good price that year all-inclusive because it is a deception hotel. We had our room swapped 3 times due to faults ...air conditioning leaking, no hot water, broken shower see the pictures. Most of the time they are out of any drinks and they ask you to pay for it. El hotel es viejo, sin mantenimiento y sucio. La comida no tiene variedad, sólo 3 guisados y fruta, un sólo restaurante que ofrece sólo agua natural y de dos sabores en las 3 comidas!!! El bar de la piscina no abre los lunes. Agua natural, sólo te dan 2 botellas de 600ml el primer día y no hay acceso a otro punto. No te permiten rellenar tu cilindro, si es que llevas. En el snack, el chico que prepara los alimentos, estaba enfermo, se limpiaba la nariz cada 20 segundos y sin ningún tipo de higiene seguía manipulando los alimentos. En el bar donde está el snack no te atiendes los meseros, tú te levantas a pedir tus bebidas. Reservan la mitad de las mesas para clientes externos que entran de la playa y les dan preferencia sobre el huésped. No hay servicios de meseros el área de alberca ni de playa. Son muchas, muchas escaleras para llegar a playa. Pedí una toalla extra para la recámara y me dijeron que no porque luego otro huésped se queda sin toalla (***). Las toallas para alberca viejas y deshilachadas. Pedí una cama extra y me dijeron que todo el hotel solo tiene 10 y estaban todas ocupadas. Pésima actitud del personal. Horrible época por el sargazo, pero ni siquiera intentan limpiar un espacio en la playa. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Mi trovo qui oggi 9 agosto 2025, in all’ inclusive non ha niente di all-inclusive colazione pessima fatta solo di uova cereali e qualche cornetto che non si può mangiare da far schifo hotel disgustoso cibo pessimo buffet povero trovi sempre le stesse cos’è tutti i giorni non anno alternativa mettono la Solita pasta con formaggio riso e pollo insalata pomodoro e Aqua perché il ristorante non anno altro che solo Aqua dal distributore.. personale pessimo 0 accoglienza pulizia pessima spiaggia pessima piena di alghe e mare agitato per niente curata anno 3 lettini piscina sempre sporca in poche parole da evitare non fatevi ingannare dal buon prezzo che anno all-inclusive perché è un inganno hotel molto distante dal centro

Lugar muito ruim. Assim, eu sabia que estava pagando “barato” então ajustei minhas expectativas. Mas não dá! Restaurante caro e pouca variedade e cardápio repetitivo , sem frigobar no quarto, sem Wi-Fi no quarto, pagar o consumo no cartão de crédito foi problemático, Não faziam a reposição de toalhas e nem papel higiênico , foi necessário pedir todos os dias na recepção. Enfim, pra mim que fiquei os dias de passeio e passei o dia todo fora, ok. Agora quem quer aproveitar a experiência dos hotéis de Cancún, fiquem longe desse lugar. Sério, pode acabar com as suas férias.
