" Nos quedamos en el hotel Antillano por 9 días es bonito y cómodo, desde el primer día que llegamos nos entregaron una habitación donde se escuchaba un ruido muy fuerte de tuberías a pesar que se solicitó el cambio se nos volvió a dar una habitación con el mismo ruido, nos cambiaron 3 veces de habitación durante nuestra estadía. El primer día se solicitó ayuda con el aire acondicionado ya que toda la habitación estaba helada y en recepción indicaron que no se podía graduar , mi hija de 7 años es asmática y durmió toda la noche con el aire encendido al día siguiente indicaron que si se podía graduar cerrando las rejillas. Conclusión de todo es que el Antillano es un hotel bonito pero tienen que capacitar a su personal de recepción de las 2 personas que nos atendieron solo una fue muy gentil como hotelera que soy tienen que mejorar y trabajar con el tema de servicio y empatía con su equipo de recepción"

Todo excelente nada más ruido de alrededores deberían, como sugerencia, invertir en ventanas corredizas insonorizadas, cuesta pero si hacen esa inversión la gente querrá quedarse más seguido ahi

Un excelente lugar, muy buena atención, la cama blandita, las cabeceras mullidas, el aire acondicionado en excelentes condiciones, la habitación muy limpia y con un servicio diario de limpieza, te entregan toallas, jabón y champú que siempre se agradece.

Everyone at this hotel was so lovely. It’s definitely a budget hotel, beds are not super comfy. But it’s good in a pinch.

Great place to relax after long flights from US West Coast. Hotel is just a few blocks from the ADO Bus Station, which is great because I need to take the bus to Playa del Carmen to take the ferry to Cozumel. Also very convenient & inexpensive getting to the Hotel from Cancun Airport by ADO Bus.
