We had an amazing experience at Occidental Tucancun Cancun. Thank you to Jessica and Noelia the pool staff who were amazing and super helpful. Also to Isabel the CocoBongo representative who was very accomodating and showed us a great time at the beach party as well as the CocoBongo show! We would definitely do it again and we highly recommend. The pool staff was also amazing and made our experience there feel like a real vacation. Cant wait to go back!

Lo mejor de lo mejor! Si UD quiere ir a una mega cadena de hoteles dónde lo traten cómo un # adelante! Pero sí UD quiere que lo traten cómo familia éste es su Hotel.El servicio NO tienen competencia alguna! He visitado Occidental Tucancun desde el 2018 y nunca me han fallado! José Martin sobrepasó mí Experiencia en el Hotel fue el héroe de nuestra estadía! Vicente Santos quién ya lo considero familia super servicial y muy atento. Enrique,Ismael, Francisco los bartenders en los bar del Hotel no pararon de sorprendernos con diferentes bebidas y nos sirvieron diferentes cócteles cómo todos unos profesionales que son. Jennifer y María nos atendieron en el Buffet de desayunos y el trato fue excepcional. Hubieron muchos empleados más los cuales Nos trataron cómo Reyes conste estábamos celebrando [No recuerdo sus nombres ;) ]. Tan a gusto Nos sentimos que ya reservamos nuevamente para despedir el año 2025 en Occidental Tucancun. Espero disfrutar muchas veces más con mi nueva Familia. Viva México! Queda nada más que decir Gracias mil gracias más y Bendiciones los veo pronto!

Experiencia desastrosa. Primero las habitaciones con cucharas, se nos daño el aire acondicionado no nos dieron solución, las instalaciones súper viejas. Segundo la comida es muy mala es enserio y todo incluido malo alas 11am abren los bares y alas 11pm los cierran es como para viejitos te regañan si colocas música. Tercero, dicen que no tienen cupo los restaurantes y hay mesas vacías la atención al cliente es pésima Cuarto, uno siendo socio de Barceló no le dan ninguna atención de nada Quinto, cobran las carpas y las camas la verdad es decepcionante el trato con esta cadena y lo peor no hacen caso alas quejas
