Hoy falta de personal de limpieza hoy limpieza en las piscinas más restaurantes de buffet falta de meseros en albercas y limpieza en habitaciones

Paisajes de ensueño, Buena bebida y buena comida, una gran compañía en familia y un gran hotel. atención delicada y atenta de todos los funcionarios excepto de los bartender que después del 2do día ya le hacían mala cara a uno o no lo trataban con la misma cortesía, hasta daba verguenza ir a pedirles otro trago.

El staff es muy amable y atento, el servicio de alimentos es variado y muy organizado. El Sr José Martín nos atendió personalmente y nos explicó a detalle los puntos de interés durante nuestra estadía.

Bastante bien, pero muy mal servicio de limpieza, no fueron y cuando fueron nos dejaron las mismas toallas. (Ojo, mal servicio de limpieza, pero cuando recibimos la habitación estaba muy bien limpia, comida y bebí gratis hasta tu habitación y caja fuerte).

Al principio parecía todo ir mal habitación muy ruidosa por aire acondicionado y nos cambiaron a otra que aun era ruidosa por fuera, pero gracias a la amabilidad del sr. Jose Martin que amablemente nos cambio a una habitación superior, por las molestias por lo cual estamos muy agradecidos. Instalaciones algunas recomiendo mantenimiento, en la comida le doy un 3/5 en el Bufet poca variedad, personal algunas con actitudes mixtas.

se sugiere estén al pendiente del mantenimiento, falta variedad en el buffet (mañana., tarde y noche), faltan áreas con aire acondicionado. Demasiando ruido las 24 horas de la torre sur del hotel por la maquinaria que está en la parte baja del hotel (entrada de proveedores)
