It's a decent hotel to rest in the city. The facilities are old and the water pressure is very weak. I only slept there to tour Cancun, so I was able to rest comfortably.

Very good location for domestic living and work. Close to supermarket and on the way to Airport and every other places.
Hotel is old. Tap is not working properly but service is good. They listen to your words. Breakfast is like other city express hotel in Mexico

Terrible
El hotel estaba muy descuidado, el aire acondicionado hacía muchísimo ruido, imposible dejarlo prendido para dormir. La llave estaba desprogramada y tuvimos que bajar 4 veces al lobby para poder entrar al cuarto. Mala experiencia.

Locked us out of our room before our second night. Told me I needed to pay for that night because I had not paid for it. Had to show them my receipt and wait for them too long. Run down older hotel. Certainly should not be a Marriot
