Excellent experience, all of the servers,cooks,bartenders, and staff were the absolutely amazing and the sweetest and made us feel at home. It was a very peaceful hotel with a calm atmosphere and pool. Rooms were always clean and we always felt safe leaving our belongings in the hotel.

Edwin has been there assisting me in every need that I requested. I am also wheelchair-bound and he has made this stay very pleasant. Sergio was very helpful at breakfast time with everything I requested.

El hotel Laguna Suites es muy bonito, es mediano que tiene todo lo necesario para pasar con tranquilidad y con una gastronomía muy buena. La atención del personal del restaurante es excelente, nuestro mesero estrella es Dago Moras, seguido de su equipo de compañeros (Esteban, Silvano, Guadalupe, Chef Sergio), el encargado del Poolbar Miguel y el capitán del equipo del restaurante Linsandro, un grupo de personas súper atentas y con un servicio al cliente excelente. Todo el personal del hotel es amistoso, quienes brindan información de lugares para visitar. Cuenta con piscina o alberca amplia y bonita con poolbar o barra para degustación de bebidas con licores y sin licores. Realmente es un lugar muy agradable. Lo recomiendo para personas, parejas o familias que busquen un lugar tranquilo y seguro para el disfrute de la estancia vacacional.

Muy buen servicio en el restaurante en la mañana en la tarde no muy bien sobre el cuarto todo muy bien sólo que el agua caliente no funciona muy bien pero de ahí todo excelente

Me pareció muy confortable y agradable todo. Las personas trabajadoras muy amables y atentas , la comida muy rica aunque extrañe mi gallo pinto en el desayuno siempre se esmeraron para prepararnos lo mejor.
