Fuimos en semana santa de este año el hotel ( es lo mismo que el dos playas, los juntaron) está muy bien ubicado tiene una linda playa, muy bonitas las infraestructuras, todo limpio, bonita naturaleza con los pavos libres, buena la comida(nosotros solo desayunabamos y de vez en cuando alguna comida a parte). Lo unico malo es la atencion de la señora que está en la recepcion (creo la administradora) con pelo pintado gris hallando a blanco, rapada a los lados estilo adolescente rebelde, estaba ahi como un buitre mirando el que entraba a la puerta a ver como lo regañaba, si hacia el error de entrar sin tapaboca se paraba de una y cuidado a pedirle alguna informacion, se molesta, el resto del personal del hotel educados y colaboradores

Muy buena atención,extravié mi cartera con dinero y documentación . El señor Luis Felipe y su equipo buscaron con las cámaras del hotel y lograron recuperarla eternamente agradecido , el desayuno muy completo y la playa una de las mejores sin sargazo . volvería muchas veces

Gentilezza e accoglienza al top. Hotel in posizione perfetta. Proprio sulla playa Tortugas e a due passi per i traghetti per Isla Mujeres. Inoltre gli autobus per il centro passano dal viale davanti all'hotel e passano ogni 5 minuti, il biglietto costa 12 pesos o 1 dollaro a tratta e si paga al conducente, quindi consiglio di procurarsi pesos perche' costa meno. Ci sono 2 ristoranti fra cui scegliere e si mangia benissimo in entrambi. Menu vario con proposte internazionali che variano tutti i giorni. Bellissima la festa messicana il giovedi sera assolutamente da non perdere con allestimento nel giardino dell'hotel con chioschi di piatti tipici messicani e spettacolo di ballo e canto veramente super. Inotre abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la camera e la manager non ha esitato a fornirci un'altra stanza.

Se volete un hotel che si differenzia dai mega hotel che ci sono a Cancun questo hotel messicano fa al caso vostro. Posizione perfetta. My husband and I have been vacationing at the Maya Caribe/Dos Playas for over 10 years now and we can't praise the staff/the hotels highly enough! We have fallen in love with all things Mexican, in part, thanks to our repeated stays at the Maya Caribe/Dos Playas! All the staff help to make our vacations the best they could possibly be however, Yeing (the Front Desk Manager) is always the stand out person, as nothing is ever too much trouble for her! Her help has been invaluable to us over the years! We are sad however, as we found out that Andreas, who we had known and who had helped us every vacation, ever since our very first vacation at the Maya Caribe/Dos Playas, had sadly passed away. The place won't quite be the same without him. Vacation at the Maya Caribe/Dos Playas for the value for money rooms/packages, return for the location, views, food, drink, staff & the ambience!

I stayed in B10. That room is highly neglected and should not be used for housing. The bathrooom sink faucet is delapitated and unhinged and the water leaks. The towels must be over 10 years old. The worst part are the peacocks that are housed right out the front door. They gackle at all hours of the night. I asked the front desk to be moved after one night. I was given room 3003. It was literally like staying at a different hotel. Night and Day.
