1837 Cobblestone Cottage

Beautiful, restful, immaculate, lovely host, excellent breakfast, attention to detail. Hideaway Loft is huge. This is our second visit and we plan to stay here again next time we pass through the area. Good for family and friends. Highly recommend.

My husband and I just celebrated an anniversary with a getaway in the Captain’s Quarters at Canandaigua Cobblestone Cottage. Located high above Canandaigua’s western shores, the views were breathtaking. The home was impeccably decorated for the holidays as well as magazine worthy decor. We felt welcome and relaxed from the moment we arrived. Our room, along with the shared areas, were beautifully appointed with the softest and most comfortable bedding! We didn’t want to leave! Our room had a lovely floral arrangement, a fabulous charcuterie board, and a bottle of my favorite wine. Tammy was an attentive hostess and also prepared an incredible breakfast each morning. She shared several local restaurants, shops, and attractions - each of which were great fun. We learned so much about the history of the Parrish homestead as well as the Underground Railroad in the area. The home even has a secret room. A must-do location for a memorable, pampering experience.

My husband and I just celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary at the Cobblestone Cottage. It was wonderful! Both Tammy and Dave were friendly and accommodating. They were so incredibly gracious, giving us a wonderful tour of their beautiful home! We stayed in the Captains Quarters. From the luxury bedding, soaking jet tub with lavender scented Epsom salts, well appointed shampoo/conditioner/soap, and cozy bathrobes, everything was perfect. As per my husband’s request, Tammy arranged for a delicious charcuterie board, bottle of wine and delicious homemade chocolates upon our arrival. Simply, superb! The breakfast’ were delectable and Tammy generously shared her recipes as well! There were so many places to relax in the cottage to take it all in from the beautifully decorated front porch, main living room, sitting room with authentic fireplace to the back yard with gas fireplace- so relaxing!! We will most definitely be back- thank you Tammy and Dave for sharing your beautiful home and treating us like family!

This was a wonderful B&B -the best I’ve ever experienced! The home was beautiful, rooms clean, beds very comfortable. The hosts were extremely kind, helpful with local suggestions, & the breakfasts were amazing! Definitely coming back!

The Cobblestone Cottage is the perfect place for a quiet, peaceful and comfortable place for a runaway. It starts with the warm welcoming of the owners Tammy and Dave, to the cozy bed and waking up to a homemade breakfast that just starts your day off just right. It’s a must see for the charming decor to every little detail throughout the whole cottage.
