Worst hotel ever, pool gave me diseases which made my vacation horrible, holes in the wall, bathroom filthy, workers are mean, beds are uncomfortable. never go to rentalmar.

Trato pésimo. Por cada apartamento te piden una fianza bastante elevada para después quitarte poquito a poco parte de esta fianza. Una de las normas es dejar todo en orden y recogido. El piso quedó impoluto y para nuestra sorpresa nos llegan imágenes donde nos describen por qué nos quitan parte de la fianza. 10€ por dejar un plato limpio encima de la encimera, 10€ por dejar un plástico dentro de una papelera. Unos auténticos miserables. Y encima, el plato de ducha estaba tan mal instalado que todo el agua se desbordaba por todo el baño. Lamentable.

Just home from a 3 day break in this hotel. Booked a couple of days before start of holiday. After I booked and looked at the reviews, I started to regret my implosive decision. After turning up and fearing the very worse, it wasn’t as horrendous as I thought. Positives -clean hotel -clean room -close to supermarkets -Close to beach -pool does the job -handy park for my 2yo -receptionists helpful -friendly staff that wear a smile -very handy clothes drier Negatives -no kettle or English channels on tv —not 100% sure on air con efficiency -think €200 is a steep deposit -NO BAGGAGE STORAGE!!! (When we arrived at 10am and couldn’t check in till 4pm in the pouring rain and had to find somewhere to go lugging our luggage was hell) *please rethink this* If you take this hotel for what it is, you’ll have an amazing holiday. Please don’t be put off by the reviews, the hotel was busy and when we used the pool, everyone looked in full spirits and looked to be enjoying themselves.

À fuir d'urgence ! Cet appart'hôtel est une arnaque en bonne et due forme. Zéro confort : le pied du "lit" est tordu, prêt à s’écrouler au moindre mouvement. Les photos sont dignes d’un catfishing immobilier : aguicheuses, mensongères, et bien loin de la réalité. Aucune vue sur la mer, alors que c'était censé être inclus. La salle de bain ? Une relique des années 30, même celle de ma grand-mère est plus moderne. Pas de clim non plus, malgré ce qui était promis dans l’annonce. On avait réservé deux nuits, on a tenu une, et encore, c'était déjà trop. 320 € pour ce qui ressemble plus à un appart HLM qu’à un lieu de vacances ? Faut pas se foutre du monde. Bref : attrape-touristes, mensonges sur toute la ligne. Sauvez votre argent et votre séjour. FUYEZ.

1. La nevera no enfriaba 2. No hay aire y te alquilan los ventiladores en una temporada de calor cuando el apartamento ya debe contar con esto y no bastando con eso más fresco echa una mosca que los ventiladores (15€ cada uno) 3. Te hacen pagar una fianza por daños que NO HICISTE TU como: basura, cristales rotos y que no entregas lo que alquilas 4. El check in y check out no es en el mismo lugar toca caminar mucho con todas las maletas 5. Las toallas son de mano y no son suficientes 6. Cuentan como cama matrimonial un sofá en el que se duerme súper incómodo y sin dar almohadas ni sábanas para este 7. No hay cafetera ni lavadora 8. La piscina sucia 9. Pelea entre residentes del condominio e inquilinos 10. NO hay seguridad 11. OJO CON LA FIANZA porque hacen todo para cobrarla y si les cobran un Cristal del balcón eso ya estaba roto. No recomiendo alojarse en este lugar, es muy desagradable y te llevas una mala experiencia.

Disgrace of a hotel. Dirty, Staff very rude, reception open when we got here at around 1 am but female staff kept shouting closed call number. This number was a number for emergencies. Staff member was not helpful and telling us cant do anything for us to check in. No where to buy food or water at the hotel. Shops open 9am till 10pm. You have to buy toilet rolls also. No kettle in room but a machine you can buy pods for at 5 euro each. We travelled with a 1 year.old and was told travel.cot was 10 euro a night. Kettle 5 euro a day. Beds and furniture not clean we.spent nearly half a day cleaning it after.buying all the cleaning products. Some nice bars locally. Avoid this hotel like the plague

Abuso en la fianza, no quitaron 10 euros tras haberlo dejado impoluto, además amenazas constantes con quitarla por exceso de ruido cuando no era real.

Do not book this hotel avoid Pay the extra for comfort I promise you now you thank me later I booked this hotel and I would not allow my family to stay here even if it was the last result believe you me you wouldn’t Don’t forget they also charge you £200 deposit by card only and never refund you back it’s a scam 10/10 for effort but I said I only had cash and they accepted it Plus another charge on that was £26 room tax Any way I didt stay there I cancelled the booking after 6hours waiting for the room that I booked originally
