was booked in room 202. the TV was on the table so if you wanted to watch the tv from your bed you have to turn on your side to watch the tv. why not mount it in the wall

Excellent check-in process and had a lovely meal with superb service. Room nice and clean and tidy. Worth noting that they can open up additional space in the car park. Really good stay, overall very good value when compared with nearby options, Many thanks!

The hotel was a convenient location when attending an event at the Farnborough Exhibition Centre. The free parking is a bonus and the restaurant is also helpful although there are many alternatives fairly close (although not much in walking distance except for McDonalds, KFC nearby and some takeaways on the opposite side of the horrendous Blackwater roundabout at the A30/A331 junction. The recently upgraded rooms are a definite improvement with a good number of USB-A points (but no USB-C). A minor issue was an apparently blocked handwash dispenser but the shower gel was available as an alternative. Traffic noise in rooms at the front might be an issue for light sleepers and anyone wanting a lie-in but we actually slept well.

Great location. Must mention Sabin at reception for first class service . Thanks for your hospitality and will be back again soon. Thanks to smriti at bar cafe for delicious meal . The bedroom is very cosy and clean . Fast food and super store are just near by .

The food made by Smriti was really delicious and the hospitality provided by Sabin was very good. The location of this is quite convenient as it is close to restaurants and shops. There was lots of parking. The room and bathroom are a good size. They are also quite nice and clean.

Had awful experience at this hotel during my stay. Heating was not working. Shower water was hardly warm and flow of shower was so slow.
