Very bad smell in the toilet

Very good hotel

I was looking for a place to sleep and found a good value for money, but it was better than I thought. Usually this price would be like a motel, but it's well-decorated like a resort. Good for a place to sleep or rest for a while. 150,000 won from the airport to the hotel. I arrived at 9:30 PM due to a flight delay and checked in without any inconvenience. The hot water is lukewarm, but not completely hot.

The receptionist was enthusiastic, the hotel grounds had a very large garden The room I booked was a bit unlucky as the bathroom smelled a bit and the air conditioner was leaking. But then the hotel arranged for me to change rooms. Overall it was okay

The room cannot open the window. There is a smell. The price/performance ratio is average. There are some small bugs and ants in the room. The front desk service is quite satisfactory. The price/performance ratio is the same for this environment.

Reception problem (no one speaks English, they use a translator through the mobile phone... We can hear people talking in the corridor and the taxi offered to the airport is expensive (about 50 dong more than normal) it is now 150 Dg instead of 100.

This hotel is in a very remote location, and there is no Grab available nearby. It is better to stay in Nha Trang and take a ride to the airport in the morning. The front desk of the hotel was rude, unable to communicate, and did not speak English. There were only items for two people in the room. There were three of us, and we paid for three people. The room was super bad. The toilet was super dirty and it felt like it hadn't been wiped for a long time.
