Would recommend this hotel, it's spotlessly clean, pool small but ample, food okay. The entertainment team are brilliant, always some great activities on from darts, killer pool to water polo to name a few 😀 Gabriel and the team go out their way to make sure you are having fun, and plenty to keep you busy and entertained, evening entertainment is really good as well. We would come back here. Very close to beach, and restaurants, shops and bars.

This hotel has a more relaxed atmosphere and just what we were looking for! The hotel is spotless and can tell that the staff really care about their work and making sure guests have a great holiday. A BIG shout out to Gabriel and the rest of the entertainment team who clearly enjoy what they do! The hotel is perfectly located by the beach, bars and restaurants 👌 Thank you to Fergus Bermudas for a great holiday 😎☀️

This was a really enjoyable stay, all the staff are amazing and the choice of food was varied and always fresh. The evening entertainment was great and something for everyone. The three people responsible for the daytime entertainment are worth a special mention, Gabriel, Luna and Nuria were great at keeping us all busy, darts, boules, pool, water polo, aqua aerobics and more! Great place for families, and couples alike and will definitely be going back. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for a memorable week.

Firstly, I want to state how friendly the hotel is. The staff, entertainment team, restaurant/bar waiting on staff and the guests. We had this hotel booked for a while, and the closer it got, l felt a bit apprehensive because I'd read reviews on here. We didn't need to worry. The hotel was really good. It was clean, and the food was good. A lot of people have stated it isn't 4☆ quality, but in my eyes, it was. It was hot, and at least every other night had a themed night. The pool was small to what we're compared to, but did the job. The entertainment team was amazing. Especially, Gabriel. He made the effort to get to know everyone, talk to them, and get to know their names. The acivities ranged from darts, pool, polo, water aerobics, baules, and much more. Would i stay here again? Absolutely, yes 🤗

My friend and I stayed at the Fergus Bermudas between Monday 18 and Saturday 23 August as we were using a nearby tennis training facility. Check-in: no issues at all and we had the keys to our room within 10 minutes of arriving, after paying the tourism tax. Staff - all the staff were very pleasant and we encountered no issues whatsoever. A big shout out to Gabriel, Luna and Nuria who were all excellent as part of the entertainment team - I particularly enjoyed the darts competition! Food - out of this world! We were training hard at the tennis camp (4/5 hours per day) so we needed to consume plenty of calories. We chose the right place. The food was simply stunning. Loads of choice for every meal, and all of brilliant quality. Location: perfect for us - 15 mins walk from the tennis academy. 5 mins to the beach and promenade, where most of the shops are located. Room: clean, comfortable and spacious. Air con also helped keep us cool at night. Pool: possibly not the best, especially if you have younger kids, but plenty of families seemed to enjoy it. We didn’t use it much as we weren’t at the hotel often. Tennis court: on-site tennis court which imwas a bonus and we used this on our first night. They also have tennis equipment you can borrow which is great! Not sure if you have to pay for this though. All-in-all, it was exactly what we needed and I’d have no problem staying at the Fergus Bermudas again. Mike (from Wales)

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Palma de Mallorca! Every night there was something new to look forward to, with different cuisines represented at dinner, which made every evening feel special and varied. On top of that, the entertainment was fantastic – from poolside activities to nighttime fun like karaoke, live music, quizzes, and even magic shows. A special shoutout goes to Gabriel, who truly made the experience unforgettable. He’s full of energy, super funny, and always went above and beyond to bring everyone together and make sure we were having a great time. His enthusiasm and positivity really stood out and added so much to our holiday. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, good food, and fun entertainment!

Brilliant Hotel, friendly staff, nothink too much touble Gabrielle is amazing certainly missed him on his day off. He gets everyone involved, so much fun, somethink for everyone. All catering staff and bar staff are so friendly amd hardworking. We will def come again. Gabrielle puts his heart and soul into making sure everyone has a great time.
