Where to begin, the staff are incredible, always happy, engaging, enthusiastic and very chatty. The entertainment is always on with something fun around the pool during the day and on an evening, last night was an outdoor cinema night with free pop corn . The facilities are extremely clean, tidy and well maintained our room was on the 4th floor with a pool view , spacious, adjustable aircon in both rooms. Two TVs , two shower and toilets. Rooms cleaned every other day. The food … the food !! Each night has a different theme, the amount of choices is ridiculous and it’s all well displayed and very tasty. Did I mention the spa ? The children’s water park ? Foam parties for the kids with free cocktails for adults ? Would I come back here ? God yes !!!

I was slightly apprehensive of this hotel at first due to the location being so close to magaluf but DO NOT let this put you off. It is absolutely amazing We had a studio room (2 adults and a 2 year old) and had plenty of room. I requested a quiet room (we were room 010) and never heard a thing. The food is exceptional, some of the best I’ve ever had abroad. There are different themes each night, Mexican was our favourite! The staff at this hotel are amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The animation team are all absolutely fabulous and knew us all by name at the by the end of the holiday. They work so hard and it is clear to see they love their jobs. This hotel is such a gem. The only negative for me is the 3pm check in. I have never had this on a package holiday before so came as a bit of a shock when we arrived. Having said that, there is a luggage and shower room available to use. Thank you so much all! We cannot wait to return next year!!

Beach a few minutes away. The service is really good, very attentive. Had something different happening each night including a fire show and white party. Also the hotel has slides for the kids. The location is great too, a good place to base and move around.
