Pro's Hotel lovely, extremely clean. Rooms very nicely decorated and kept very clean with sheets changed every other day and towels changed when ever you want. Pool towels available from reception at no extra cost and you could change them when ever you wanted. Staff amazing. In the bar Conchi so friendly, and really efficient as was David and he was so pleasant, Willy fabulous dancer ! Entertainment 3 times per week which, was to a very high standard. On reception Manuel was friendly and very helpful. Mini bus ran a few times a day down to the main little town and brought you back. Pool was lovely and warm and the area around it was spotless as were all the grounds. Couple of jacuzzi also by the pools, which were very clean. No mad rush reserving sun beds, always some available. Food ok, not fabulous but always something to eat, you would never go hungry. Cons If you are not fit don't bother, very steep hill on return to hotel. Restaurant more like a school canteen, so noisy and very unwelcoming, although staff were pleasant enough. No meet & greet on door, (which considering there are different boards i.e just breakfast or HB or all inclusive available) seem very strange that no one was checking. We were in block 3 and the palaver getting there was unbelievable with cases, because everywhere is up very steep slopes. We had to go into Block 1 take the lift one floor then leave that building enter Block 2 again take lift one floor and then exit that then enter Block 3 and tgen depending on what floor take the lift again. There was a a golf buggy that could have taken us there but no one offered and I don't think it moved all week. In rooms there was only one hook in the bathroom, so you had bath mat, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels but only one could be hung up!!! No tea or coffee making facilities in room, which for a 4 star hotel very poor in my opinion. It could also do with a shop on site selling the basics as there was a hell of a climb back from the nearest shop. Or even a vending machine. All in all a great holiday, but for first time, I would not return due to the lay out if the hotel and location. Paguera is a lovely little town and beach is lovely.

What a lovely hotel. We have just returned home but would go back today, if we could. The staff are so friendly - special shout out to Conchi who was quite happy with a bit of banter and our sense of humour. Also to Davido who was very kind. The rooms are kept clean by invisible cleaning staff - we always came back to the room and they had been done. The beds are comfy and we slept well. The showers were powerful and modern. We only had bed and breakfast but have to say that there was a good range for breakfast. The chefs have to be thanked for their tireless replenishing of food. Staff were on hand to clear plates quickly. The pool was a lovely walk in pool which was handy for one of our party but good for all of us. The pool bar food was very tasty and never too long to wait. It is on top of a hill but they supply a shuttlebus to and from Peguera for restaurants and tourist shops. If there was one thing that it benefit from is a shop onsite but that is just my opinion. We had a really lovely holiday so a big Thankyou to management and all the staff who made it for us.
