We booked this resort hoping for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the expectations, and we left disappointed — especially considering the money we spent both on the booking and eating out most nights. The biggest issue was the food. The meat tasted strange, there was little to no variety, and the fruit selection was the same every day — blood orange, orange, and kiwi. Towards the end of dinner, we noticed trays of apples, bananas and pears being brought out — maybe intended for the neighbouring hotel in the same chain? Breakfast was the only meal we enjoyed, though even then, the bacon and sausages were barely edible. Despite booking all-inclusive, we had to eat out most nights just to find decent food — which added a big unexpected cost. The pool itself was nice, but deckchairs were always taken — even at 7am — despite signs saying reservations weren’t allowed. When we asked at reception, the staff confirmed that many guests leave their towels out overnight, and nothing is done about it. What also stood out was how cold and unfriendly the atmosphere felt. We always greeted staff with “Buenos días,” tried our best to speak Spanish, and smiled — but no one smiled back. It felt unwelcoming, especially with so many other guests (mostly German) not even trying to be polite or acknowledge others. Bar snacks were just burgers, hot dogs, fries — every day. My 5-year-old kept asking for fruit and vegetables, and there was nothing fresh available for children. One thing we noticed when reading reviews afterwards is that all the really positive feedback seems to come from people staying at the Magnus part of the resort — the “premium” section. We now believe the experience is completely different depending on which part of the hotel you stay in. That’s not made clear when booking, and it feels misleading. We are sharing this review in hopes that the hotel listens. We’re not trying to complain for the sake of it — we really wanted to enjoy our holiday. But what we received was far from what was advertised. We hope someone in management reads this and considers making serious improvements

Just finishing a great week away at the hotel. I nearly cancelled after reading the reviews, so thought I'd post my own. The room was clean and spacious. Beds made up and a bottle of water every day (we stayed in a Magnus Style Suite). We were at the back of the hotel which was very quiet. Only downside was a window between the bedroom and the bathroom - through which the kids found it funny to watch others on the toilet.... I'm not sure why this is here? The Magnus pool area was great for the kids and didn't feel too busy when full. We used the slides in the Fergus pool for an hour or so most afternoons, which was a lot busier, so this was enough, however the kids loved them. You do need to be up early for sunbeds as we followed the rules the first day, and didn't get any. (FYI - No big floats in the pool allowed). Food was great - lots of choice and freshly made. The chefs and restaurant staff work really hard to keep things clean and stocked up. We found the Magnus side a lot quieter, but always found a table in the Fergus side, even at peak times. We sometimes ate at the snack bar for lunch, which was plenty. The entertainment staff work super hard, and the kids loved them! I think they'd pack Laura and Kiki in our suitcases if they could. The kids club worked really well to give the kids a break from the sun (and us a break too). The hotel is on a hill, but we barely noticed. It isn't a big climb as per a lot of the reviews. Location was lovely, with a 15-20 min walk to the beach or a shuttle from the hotel. The water at the beach is beautiful! Palma aquarium is also a great day trip. Check out was easy, as there is a luggage room, lockers and you can book the shower room. So we didn't have too many issues leaving late on the last day. Overall, it was busy, however we expected this in the school holidays. But the hotel was great, as were the staff, and we had a fabulous time! The only downside being some of the guests... We saw many examples of people forgetting manners with the staff, a lady shouting at a poor life guard because another child wasn't behaving (no hello or excuse me first), and people leaving their mess everywhere - there are plenty of bins! Manners and kindness cost nothing.

We are just getting ready to leave after a great week here. Rooms spacious and clean. The 2 pools were great and we all enjoyed the slides. Food was fantastic and the all inclusive drinks were great. It was busy however there was generally enough staff on to cope. I'd say the hotel and entertainment was aimed at younger children (ours were 12,14,16) as after 9 there was nothing on to keep older kids/adults entertained. All staff we spoke to were lovely and helpful. The free bus into Peguera was good and only took 10mins max but some days the bus was small so some people had to wait till it came bk. The walk down the hill to Peguera is nice with lots of shops and bars, but definitely gey the bus back. A great week had by all!

My husband, our two daughters, and I recently booked a holiday at Fergus Club along with four other families. Before we arrived, I read a few reviews that had some negative comments, which made me a bit nervous. But after experiencing the hotel firsthand, I can honestly say—some people will find fault with anything! We had a fantastic stay and I truly can't fault this hotel. We stayed in the Magnus area and were impressed by so many aspects. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the pools and slides were a hit with the kids, and the cleanliness was outstanding—our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard, including fresh towels every day. The food across all dining areas was excellent, offering great variety, and the layout of the hotel gave it a charming holiday village feel. The surrounding area is also lovely, and we especially enjoyed the local market just down the road from the hotel on Tuesdays. One thing to note: check-in isn’t until 3 p.m., but that’s pretty standard for most resorts. And if you're staying in the Magnus area, don’t miss the nighttime pool party—it’s such a fun highlight of the stay! The stunning scenery is also something that you do not get at other hotels.

Escogimos este hotel para pasar unos días en familia. Nos alojamos en zona Magnus, se nota la diferencia y acceso a tres piscinas. Se nota que los trabajadores y dirección dan todo por el hotel.
