El personal es muy amable, desde el primer al último de ellos. El único pero es que es en cuesta y el suelo es muy resbaladizo. Tuvimos un percance y acabamos en urgencias con un esguince de muñeca.

We had an excellent time as a family!! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food had a great spread, lots of range from fresh salad, meats to the standard chips and burgers!! Rooms were well managed and cleaned daily. The pool Magnus pool and splash pool were great, the fun pool is just a pool (weird name to call a pool with no fun in it 😜). The only thing we thought was negative is the entertainment it was very basic we only enjoyed 2 out of 7 nights!! This didn’t ruin our holiday we just laughed at the lack of entertainment! We would return as we enjoyed the whole experience as a holiday!! 🥰

Quite honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Just returned from a 4 night short break, was just glad we didn’t have to endure it any longer, numerous people we spoke to who were unfortunately there for the week were envious of us leaving yesterday. Rude, arrogant & unhelpful staff. Hotel needs complete overhaul, some very steep slopes that are not mentioned in hotel details, which are lethal when wet. Our room was grim, bathroom disgusting, hairs around plug hole, long dark hairs wrapped around the plug chain.mould everywhere & the sides of the bath were grimed black with streaks. The bin in the bathroom was unemptied when we arrived & still had tampon applicators & packaging in it. Within 30 minutes of finally getting into our room there was water pouring through the ceiling, we waited 1.5 hours for a maintenance man who simply stood on a chair & stuffed a dozen hand towels above the wooden panels it was pouring from, apparently it was sorted. On Wednesday evening it was windy & whilst walking past the main bar/restaurant building we were being hit by flying render coming of the side of the building, huge sharp pieces flying everywhere. I could go on & on …. I have never left a review on a hotel before but felt I had to on this occasion as they really don’t deserve custom.

We have really enjoyed the Holidays. Hotel is a basic 4* property with everything you need for the family. Kids liked the slides and entertainment. We were on the Magnus side and the pool there was slightly quieter. Only eat at the Magnus side and food was a good variety and decent quality. We have always found something we liked and possibility of dinning outside was a big plus for us. We are not a big drinkers but bar at the Magnus side had a nice Sangria which wasn't available at the Fergus side. There is a couple of tiny hills around the resort but if people find them difficult they should seriously look that their fitness levels and start moving. Gym is nice and well equipped for a decent holiday training. Only giving a 4* as hotel is a bit dated - still well maintained but has that older feeling. I would highly recommend staying there if the price is right.

Die Clubanlage ist sehr gepflegt, großzügig angelegt, mit vielen Pflanzen und Bäumen. Unsere Zimmer im Magnus-Bereich waren sauber und schön. Das Büffet im Restaurant war hervorragend, frisch, sehr gute Qualität, riesige Auswahl und jeden Tag etwas anderes. Die teils negativen Beurteilungen in dieser Hinsicht können wir nicht verstehen... was essen diese Menschen dann zuhause... smile. Beschämend war wohl die Essenskultur einer bestimmten Gruppe, sehr laut, vollgepackte Teller, auch für Kleinkinder - das Essen wurde dann später weggeworfen... pff... und das sieht man dann tagelang immer wieder. Mit Rücksicht auf die Allgemeinheit sollte man hier "strenger" auftreten!! Fazit: Service, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter, Unterkunft, Restaurant - Top! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Beau complexe pour les familles avec enfants. Aucun intérêt de choisir cette hôtel si vous êtes en couple. Nous étions logés dans la partie Magnus suite entièrement neuve. La salle de bain ne permet pas une intimité avec des enfants ! PS4 et Nespresso dans la chambre. Réfrigérateur rempli à notre arrivée. Une bouteille d’eau tous les jours. Pour le ménage se sera le strict minimum. Restauration moyenne mais largement acceptable. Alcool de mauvaise qualité dans les bars. À 20 mn à pied de la plage. Plage en pente très douce pour les enfants. L’eau de la mer est translucide.

Perfect voor de nazomer lekker een week. Kamers zijn schoon en ruim. Enkele kleine tegenvallers werden direct en adequaat opgepakt. Uitstekende service! Een aanrader voor gezinnen. Fijne gym ook. Strand vlakbij. Wij komen zeker terug.
