Prime Location: The hotel is ideally situated directly on the beach with stunning sea views from every room. Many guests appreciated the nearby promenade, bus stops to Palma, and accessibility to restaurants, bars, and shops in Palmanova and Magaluf.

The most chilled hotel I've ever visited. The room are lovley, modern, clean.tea and coffee, beach towels, milk and water. Every room had a sea view .beach front position, gate straight onto the prom. The staff are super friendly and chilled, totally laid back feel. Pool nice, plenty of sun beds for everyone, I never saw a dash or ques, pool opened at 9.30. Food was fine and enough, snack bar did nice lunches, area was perfect, I came 20 years ago and the change is massive, nice bars, restaurants, lots of play parks for kids shops and gang of 20 yr olds.i would d 💯 come here again x

This could be fantastic hotel as it's location is perfect. Looking over the bay, close to the many restaurants, bars, and boutique style shops. The view from our room was great, amazing sunrises. The hotel is very clean and modern, rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Great aircon, kettle and good size fridge. The shower is large and powerful. Shaving/ makeup mirror in the bathroom is great. Now the not so good. Whilst the hotel restaurant is modern its very canteen like with clanging plates and cutlery when tables are cleared. The food is varied and hot but a bit processed. Not all of it was and some of it is very tasty. The pool area is too small and not enough sunbeds to accommodate all guests. The queue from 8am until it opens qt 9.30 is not something I want to do on holiday. We did get sunbeds in the afternoon around 3ish, which was OK but not ideal. The hotel has quite an elderly clientele, I'm 57 and felt quite young! Nothing wrong with older guests but some have an arrogance of owning the place. We were leaving early on the day of departure and were able to get a good breakfast before we left, which is a nice touch. Would I go back, yes but for B&B only and knowing that I would be relaxing on the beach rather than being able to round the pool.

Having previously stayed at this hotel in March we thought it would be a safe bet to return. However, we were very disappointed to see that it was not the same expected standard. TUI advertise this as a platinum hotel 4 star. Sadly, there have been changes which let this expectation down. We stayed Half board and breakfast was adequate, however the evening meal variety and standard was quite poor with the exception of gala night. There was limited choice and very poor quality meat and vegetables. There was often no show cooking and on one evening pork chop coated with a very undercooked batter which did not look appealing at all. Mostly tinned vegetables and a lot of tiny flies hovering above the salad. I raised the issue with Tui Rep as it was very disappointing- but was met with poor customer service and no apology. No effort was made to discuss this with restaurant manager as she had assured me she would do. TUI rep was quite rude and stated she couldn’t cook the food for me! I spoke to the hotel reception and asked for hotel manager but apparently he was not available as he sat in his office behind reception on full view. It appears the hotel caters only for elderly residents. I don’t really expect to eat shepherds pie whilst in Spain. For a 4 star hotel the lack of choice was very poor. Good points; Lovely lady who was acting restaurant manager and who also worked on reception was very helpful.Really clean rooms and views of beach are very nice. Not too keen on queuing for a sunbed on holiday from 7 am until 9:30 when pool doors are opened but the majority of repeat guests think it is their entitlement to do so and have their sun bed spot each day! Then disappear for a hour whilst they eat their breakfast leaving towels on “ their “ beds. This hotel has a lot of potential but the quality and choice of food make it only a 3 star sadly. I’m sure they would improve by offering a better variety of dishes catered to all ages. If you’re under 65 I would look elsewhere I’m afraid. If you do book choose Jet 2 who offer B/B only and brilliant customer service!

Lovely short visit to this hotel.... Pros: Great friendly check-in nice touch of a welcome drink. I liked the approach to no cash either pay on card as you go or put it on your room. Nice pool area and friendly bar staff, plenty of choice. We were B&B and the breakfast choices were good Rooms clean and tidied daily, carpeted on corridors so no noise Entertainment saw Coldplay really good Cons: Although I had no issue with pool not opening till 9.30, everyone queued from about 8am, we did always get a bed however 1 day a group of approx 8 put there towels on and didn't return for 4 hours. The lifeguard put tickets on advising they would be removed if they didn't return in 1 hour but didn't follow it through so what was the point. Evening entertainment- on our last evening we went to see Beatle show. There was a group behind us who obviously didn't want to really watch and had no respect for anyone else, continually talking and laughing during act, exceptionally rude but spoiling it for everyone else so we decided to leave and met others later that evening who had the same issue. The entertainment manager was made aware of this so I am not sure if she said anything to them. All it needs is a short announcement when introducing the act to ask people to be respectful to the act and everyone else. Overall lovely stay and will definitely stay again...

This is a great hotel in an excellent location with beautiful views over a bay. Excellent breakfast with black pudding included in the cooked section. Lovely variety of croissants, cereals, fruit and continental. We had our breakfast on the covered terrace with a great view over the promenade and beach. The clean white sand beach is only steps away and has comfortable sun loungers with a safe for €22.50 per pair with fixed parasol per day. The water mid July was a perfect temperature- warm! The view from our sea view balcony was lovely. We were on the first floor and I would recommend asking for a higher floor as the trees do block part of the view on lower floors. The room was modern and the bathroom had a great shower. If you are friends travelling, be aware that you can’t move the single beds more than 6 inches apart due to the bedside cabinets. It’s a quiet hotel - slightly older age group. Entertainment was pretty good - ABBA/Tina Turner/Take That. The pool bar served tasty baguettes and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The only ‘thing’ was the queue for sunbeds in the morning. The pool area doors open at 9:30 and we saw people queuing from 8am. They were all enjoying a chat though! The Grillhouse restaurant which backs into the hotel was a great welcoming place to eat and the Blue Bar at the far end of the bay has fantastic views and a delicious paella. I recommend this hotel and intend to go back next year.

Arrived to the lovely Keith on reception, brought us a glass of cava while we waited with the paperwork! Our room was 704 a beautiful view of the sea/beach..room was compact but very boutique likeness. Comfy beds a lovely shower room. Everything you could need even down to the hairdryer! The breakfast was very delicious..we got down about 8.15am so food was fresh and hot..Everything you could need. Can't comment on evening food as we were b+b. The sunbed rule worked ok..we stood in the famous queue and waited last minute to get the sunbeds. Often getting past all the older guests who had been there since 7.30! 1st few days around the pool it looked like we were at an old people's home but as the days went on alot of younger guests arrived so that was good. The pool is a lovely area very relaxing, the sea is over the walkway so easy to get to. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I returned to Mallorca without a doubt one of the nicest places we have stayed in. If you can ignore the older people and the ones who parade the gold cards around it's a fantastic place to be.

This is one of the two hotels we like best in the world. Just for info the other is the Atlantica Bay in Cyprus. The meals here are very good, well presented and tasty. The room is excellent with comfortable bed and pillow. The entertainment is without doubt the best we have seen in any hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly throughout. If we come back to Mallorca this will be our hotel of choice.

Just returned from a one week stay. Good points - Views from every bedroom are brilliant, looking out across the pool and bay. Food choice is good, agree with other reviews who say food can be regularly tepid and sometimes cold at times. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Elva the animation lady was lovely, so enthusiastic but not pushy. Nightly entertainment was varied, the ABBA tribute was good as well as theTake That tribute who were amazing! However we were unfortunate enough to be there when a trio called Elevate were performing, absolutely dire! Guitarists were great, their singer - no words!!! Never seen such absolute rubbish masquerading as a singer in my life! Son Matias Beach, do yourselves a favour and do not rebook them. All around us, guests were of the same opinion and walked out. Bad points - The 9.30am charge for sun beds. Whilst we were there the initial locked door opens at 8am, this allows a queue to form in front of yet another locked gate which opens at 9.30am. At this point there is a race between around 30 OAPs to bag their favourite sun bed. Every morning we had to witness an elderly gentleman start the line at 7am! Yes, 7am for a gate opening at 9.30am. He also helped himself to breakfast in the early departure breakfast room despite a sign asking people not to do so unless they were departing early, and he clearly wasn’t. His chosen spot for all this effort - beside the recycling bins and next to the toilet, and woe betide anyone who got in his way! Seriously, if people are sad enough to get up at that time to bag a sun bed, let them get up and put a towel down, this would stop the pack mentality of ‘Those people are queueing so I must queue too’ Overall, a good hotel in a lovely location on the promenade and beach front but the regular visitors think they own the place, reserve seats and sun beds and generally think they can do what the heck they like!
