We verbleven hier tijdens onze huwelijksreis, maar het was helaas een grote teleurstelling. Onze kamer had meerdere gebreken: een losse handdoekhaak, roestige douchekop, slecht werkende douche, instabiele watertemperatuur, en een niet-regelbare airco. Er ontbraken zelfs basics zoals een tandenborstelset. Ook de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was compleet uit balans. Een Aperol kostte €19 terwijl op de kaart €10 stond. Een diner met één voorgerecht en één hoofdgerecht kostte ruim €200, exclusief bizarre prijzen voor water. De spa was ronduit slecht: we kregen een andere massage dan geboekt, de prijzen waren onlogisch, en de faciliteit was slecht onderhouden (loshangende verlichting, kapotte tegels, lege eucalyptusdispenser). Service bij het zwembad was telkens traag, en tot overmaat van ramp: onze klachten zijn volledig genegeerd. We stuurden meerdere e-mails tijdens ons verblijf, maar actie bleef uit. Voor een hotel dat zich als luxe presenteert, is dit absoluut onaanvaardbaar. Geen aanrader.

After due consideration, I need to stress out that their staff, mainly Vanessa, was very candor and helpfull. I was respectfully assisted and I just have good things to say about Hotel’s services and staff. The premisses are great, nothing less to say about it

Unfortunately the trip stay is canceled by them unilaterally because the hotel accepted a wedding party in the days we booked and canceled our reservations. This is not a attitude of a 5 star hotel, it preferred to host a party than honor my booking. No trust in its reservation team, very bad experience.

Unparalleled atmosphere. It's an explosion of nature. The pool is fantastic. The guests are very quiet. All the waiters are charming. The bed in the room is extremely comfortable.

We were there on a bike tour with Duvine. A truly gorgeous castle estate in the country. Magnificent setting, architecture, landscaping, pool, and interior design. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious and modern. Wonderful staff, service, drinks and food. An experiential retreat.

We’ve stayed at a few of the top names now in Majorca including Cap Rocat and the new Four Seasons and for me this is my preference. It’s quiet and relaxing for sure so maybe not for those looking for a buzzy vibe. Great value too in relative terms for this quality. Not pretentious or wanna be crowds poncing around, just tastefully done and everything was amazing quality. Attention to detail was exemplary with lots of special thoughtful touches without trying too hard to do it which other hotels almost fail by trying to hard to do this imo. Rooms are clinical(it’s German!) but lovely and beautifully appointed. Best shower I’ve been in. Both restaurants are off the scale good and the staff are just top class and in a friendly happy way. We’ll definitely be back.
