Aparthotel Aquasol

I hate to be negative but an honest review is needed. I stupidly booked here without checking if they had lifts, I just presumed they did, my mistake but the hotel placed us in block C after I had contacted them before arrival, even thought this was a lower block my elderly parents did still struggle so I would not recommend for the elderly. The second night we had a lot of noise from above us but they left the next day thankfully. Then came Thursday!!! Within 30 minutes 3 stag groups turned up, approx 60 loud, drunk men. Throughout the day and Friday about another 20 plus stag and hen parties arrived. On Saturday my son was the only child by the pool so we moved down to the beach. I did speak to the manager and said it felt like we were in an 18-30 hotel and I thought it was a family hotel, he said it is not advertised as a family hotel!!!! If I’d been there without my son and parents I would have had a wail of a time, but for a family hotel, this place was not ideal! I do not recommend June with children as this is obviously stag and hen season! Sadly, we won’t be returning but location is great. Cleanliness could be improved as the apartment wasn’t swept once. I’m sure others will enjoy but not for us sorry as we always holiday in June.

Hotel is great and bar staff , “entertainment” bloke has the worst attitude I’ve come across and extremely rude and disrespectful I’ve been here many years before and leiona was great , this guy is just here to tick box’s and doesn’t give a toss at all , save your money and go else where

Location of hotel is great, close to the beach and every thing else. Room was perfectly adequate for what we needed. Staff were friendly and polite. On a less positive note…entertainment for kids was lacking. Kids disco at night was non existent unless we asked. Entertainment guy!!! not sure his name just ticked a box….said hello one morning and he just looked through me… Also…stag and hen parties packed the place and was unsuitable for a family atmosphere….on this alone we would not return.

Really lovely hotel. Was very sceptical at first but was amazed staff was super friendly food was incredible. Only downside was a lot of stairs with suitcasesbl but we made it work apartment was very clean. Pool was very lovely closed a bit early but that was because of the lifeguards clock of time.
