We had a wonderful stay at the St Regis. The hotel is beautiful! The staff is very welcoming, breakfast was fantastic, so many options, waitstaff can’t do enough for guests. Food in the restaurants is outstanding.

The staff was excellent. Isabel that works at Terra was amazing. Isabel took great care of me when I visited the Terra restaurant. The Regis Mallorca was amazing. Everything is beyond me expectations. 5 stars to the staff especially Christina the butler and Isabel at restaurant Terra. Highly recommend this property. Don the bartender was amazing he was great.

Das Mardavall verkauft sich als eines der Luxus Hotels der Insel. Fakt ist die Zimmer sind abgewohnt wie auch viele Bereiche des Hotels .... investiert wurde nichts.. Man fühlt sich abgezockt. Hier stimmt Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Für so eine Übernachtungspreis erwartet man etwas anderes. Einzig positives ist das Frühstück, was uns gefallen hat. Außer das Personal ist überwiegend freundlich. Es ist traurig, dass hier nur Geld rausgezogen bei Nicht ansatzweise entsprechende Gegenleistung. Für uns nie wieder. Es gibt Alternativen.

We used concierge did book excursions. When we were picked up the driver didn’t know where he was going and got us to a tour at caves late so we missed tour and had to wait 1 1/2 hours for next one. limo then charged us an extra 200 dollars and hotel manager said basically it is our problem and there is nothing they will do. Hotel is beautiful don’t use concierge .

Como hotel de estilo clásico, destaca por una decoración elegante y ecléctica. El mobiliario está impecable, y los espacios son amplios y acogedores. Me sorprendió gratamente la amabilidad del personal, siempre atento y servicial. Aunque me quedé con las ganas de disfrutar de la piscina, el Spa fue una experiencia fantástica gracias a su amplitud y la variedad de opciones de saunas y áreas de relajación. El gimnasio es muy completo, y la gastronomía del Restaurante Terra es excepcional, con una oferta variada de productos locales (km 0) y un servicio esmerado. Otro gran punto a favor es la cercanía al aeropuerto, ya que solo tardé 25 minutos en llegar. Definitivamente, una razón más para volver pronto.
