Hotel: We arrived here on the 31st of July from the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful , we were checked in very quickly . Room: Our room was very clean and a pool view that got the sun on the evening, which was excellent having a beer while my wife and two daughters got ready, Our room was on the 8th floor so had to wait for lifts alot and during busy times you can wait about 5 minutes for one to come and can be very squashed in them . Pool: We always manage to get a sunbed around the pool with the slides, sometimes enough beds after 1 o'clock in the afternoon, so there no need to rush down for them , at the roof top pool we struggled getting a bed and we believe the hotel should supply more as there is plenty of room for them , all pools are excellent and my daughters loved them they are age 14 and 9 , hardly any ques for pool bars maby about 2 people in font max . Meals: Breakfast: It was lovely, and there was plenty to choose from (English sausage and bacon not very good), but everything else was fantastic. Lunch: always seemed to be a que for lunch but went down very quickly. Good food, too, as I'm rather fussy and always found food I enjoyed. Evening dinner : This was excellent, too . They had themed nights, Mexican, sushi, and kebab nights ,some nights were repetitive, but a typical 4 star food , everything was cooked properly . Area: The hotel is 15 minutes walk to magaluf ***** if you walk along the promenade, plenty of bars and restaurants, also dream bar was a favourite for my daughters that is a 5 minute walk from the hotel only €3.50 for a pint of San Miguel, the bar has pool table, table football and darts. Hotel evening entertainment : Didn't go to the children's mini disco, so I can't comment on it, but around 10 pm every night, there was good entertainment on we as a family really enjoyed it.... The hotel is excellent and is definitely a 4☆ Don't expect more than a 4☆ as I believe some of the bad reviews are people expecting 5☆ , overall we loved every day here .

Stayed for 3 days with the wife. We booked B&B. Nice location, close to beach and bars/restaurants. Public areas/poolside was nice, as was the breakfast. Rooms also fairly modern. Good value for money given I visited in Aug 2024. Guests were a mix of young and older adults.

We used this hotel as a base for exploring the west coast of Mallorca on our motorbike. We had a good size room overlooking the pool with a comfortable bed and a nice sized bathroom. They even suggested parking our bike in the garage, which was nice. We stayed half board and found the food choice to be good for both breakfast and dinner, even providing an early breakfast on the day we left. All the staff were very friendly and helpful

I have always liked the brand melia. So if there is a melia hotel, they will always choose melia. This time there were some problems when placing an order on Ctrip, but fortunately it was resolved. Let's talk about the hotel again, the hotel has a name called the level, knock on the blackboard! When you stay at the Melia Hotel, if you have the level, you must not miss it, even if it is a bit more expensive. As far as I know, both menorca and Mallorca's melia are available. With this service, enjoy a specific pool and breakfast area. There is also afternoon tea and various cocktails. It's really out of the universe. The design of the hotel also likes it very much, the simple white color, the aunty cleans the hygiene every day. The only drawback, perhaps an advantage for others, is that there is a nikki beach bar next to it. It is said to be the hottest bar in the area. There will always be a lot of people at outdoor parties in the afternoon. I am personally noisy, and I am too old to be able to play

Never been on an all- inclusive holiday before and was really spoilt by this one. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable break in the sun and had an extra bonus if being able to walk a few metres down a short slipway to a lovely beach with clean turquoise waters which resembled more of a small cove than vast beach. Enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked for next year but staying an extra night. Excellent value. Had a very memorable and fun well- needed relaxing break away from home. Thank you.

Excellent hotel offering free parking, a nice gym, good outdoor seating and breakfast is served from 7am till 12 noon. Excellent experience.
