It was all good! They had live music next door, so I was a bit jealous that we didn't have that. Also room didn't had an electric kettle but tbh didn't asked for it too!

Clean and neat. Good food, European, not quite Spanish. Near the sea. Nice contingent in the hotel. The price is a bit high in my opinion! But overall it's good.

Went 15th-20th August with my 16yr old daughter. Hotel is lovely, just off the beach. We got a pool view room which also had a view of the sea too on the 4th floor, kettle tea/coffee and a fridge (empty) and a safe to use. Cleaned daily/clean towels too, beach towels supplied and changed at reception when you wanted them. We went Half board, could only get free hot drinks or fruit juices at breakfast but no free drinks with evening meal also every thing was either luke warm or cold! Could of been more choice on offer as well. 1 day I sat at the pool bar for lunch and ordered chicken strips and chips- the chicken was still pink! Sent it back for them to just cook it more and burnt it! It's 2 minute walk from the bottom of the ***** which is great but people are coming back being noisy between 5-7am! Loads of nice restaurants along the beach front just a couple minutes away. Supermarket next door too which was cheap enough. On the last night someone was blasting music from either their balcony or the pool area in the early hours of the night/morning for hours, for us to go down by the pool that morning to every other sun lounger had been jumped on and broken! Would I stay again? Yes for the location and cleanliness of hotel, no for the fact of noisy guests with no respect of others and security not walking around the floors making sure people are behaving/being respectful of people sleeping. All the staff we came across were very polite/helpful when needed.

This was a lovely hotel, very clean rooms and facilities, fantastic pool area with plenty of sun beds and 2 pools to choose from. The food was great, so much choice and all very yummy. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was not too loud during the night, could easily sleep. Very good, would recommend

I arrived at this hotel with high hopes, but was immediately disappointed. Upon check-in, the front desk informed me that the room I had booked only accommodated one person—even though I clearly booked for two. We were told we’d need to switch to a room with two twin beds, and had to pay an extra €45 just to stay the first night. They couldn’t even guarantee availability for the following night. The listing on ******* was extremely misleading, and the hotel policies felt arbitrary and frustrating. While the room had functioning air conditioning, that was about the only positive. The space felt dirty and cheap, with tacky Rolling Stone magazine-themed décor. Worst of all, there was used snus (chewing tobacco) left on top of the thermostat—clear evidence the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The location was another letdown. If you’re visiting Mallorca for anything beyond late-night partying, this is not the place to stay. The area is a chaotic, touristy club scene, and the hotel’s bare hallways echo with the sound of drunk tourists (mostly UK) yelling all night. Service was underwhelming and unhelpful. Overall, I left feeling like the hotel intentionally misleads guests through their online listings to upsell rooms upon arrival. It felt more like a scam than a legitimate stay.

Good adults not hotel. Music playing 24/7. Your standard party hotel you know what you’re getting yourself into. Always something happening. Standard food a lot of selection, was alright to eat. Always a bit for everyone . Overall would come again had a good time

After reading some of the reviews was slightly nervous but there was no need. The room is basic but functional, the cleaning staff were in everyday and changed towels. Reception very helpful, we could get fresh beach towels when we needed. We were half board and honestly there was a good selection each day, with a bit of everything for different tastes. We didn't find other guests too loud at all. The bathroom is in need of upgrading but working and good shower. Bed was comfy. The manager came around the po one day asking for feedback and if we needed anything and how we had found it (went round to other guests, which I think is a good thing) location perfect and nice areas to lounge around. Even made use of the gym which was basic but had what we needed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The advert said there was DJ and entertainment there wasn’t either of these no pool party’s or concerts just the same play list on repeat each day. The hotel was clean and most of the staff were polite and helpful unfortunately a couple of the bar staff were not so polite. I went with family ages ranging from ladies in their 70’s (who still like to dance) to 18 it ment that in the evenings we had to go out for entertainment the elders stayed at the hotel with nothing to do. We could have had some evenings in the hotel together had there been entertainment. To rub salt in the wounds our room was facing a hotel which had a lot to do during the day and at night. The food was repetitive and not hot. There was no drinks with evenings meal not even water you had to buy drinks or ask for water. We wasn’t told where the other melia hotels were and no fun pass was given ?????
