Das Restaurant Na Sardena gehört im Grunde nicht zum Hotel. Als Halbpensionsgast muss man dort genauso bezahlen wie ein Nichthotelgast. Nichteinmal die HP wird angerechnet. Es steht für das Abendessen nur 1 Restaurant zur Verfügung. Das geht aus den Beschreibungen keinesfalls hervor. Das Frühstücksrestaurant ist ab 08:00h geöffnet. Ich wollte einen Ausflug buchen mit der Abholzeit um 08:00h. Man konnte mir kein Frühstück(Kaffee und Brot) um 07:30h anbieten. Ein Lunchpaket wurde ebenfalls nicht angeboten. Das entspricht nicht dem Service eines 5 Sterne Hotels. No Go!

We stayed two nights in this establishment, the setting is idyllic and the hotel atypical, pretty decor and very pleasant layout ..... on the other hand .... very old hotel ... outdated installation .... you pay for a 5 star with the standards of the 90s .... it would hardly be worth 4 stars these days, we took the junior suite ...... little hot water no pressure in the shower, no grid on the air conditioning outlets, mosquitoes galore .... the staff is pleasant and responsive certainly .... but it can hardly fight against the dilapidation .... sauna and hammam out of service !!!! The spa as a whole is out of service .... breakfast is a fabulous place !!! The evening meal is very uneven .... All at more than 350 euros per night !!!!! Very poor value for money

Hotellet giver hver dag 4 stk drikkelse i køleskabet, rigtig fint, men da der ikke er forretninger i nærheden, vil muligheden for køb af ekstra vand i fx 1 l flasker være fint😊

The lady checking in was extremely nice, there’s a hotel with the same name in front of it so it’s easily confused. There’s no one to help with bags. It’s old dated not even close to a five star. on the plus side of the views were great.

Wir haben dieses Hotel schon mehrfach bewertet. Für uns bleibt es eine wunderbare Oase. Hier ist die Zeit ein bisschen stehen geblieben. Man muss es lieben. Der Ausblick und die Gärten sind einfach fantastisch. Auch wenn die Zimmer ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen sind, einfach nur gut. Und auch wenn ich es oben schon schrieb: der Ausblick ist wunderbar. Für uns ein magischer Ort.
