We stayed at these apartments for a week at the end of August and had a mixed experience. Despite paying for a sea view, we were allocated a ground floor room. Unfortunately, our room had ants on the bed, and a dead cockroach in the kitchen surrounded by ants - not what you expect in a newly cleaned room. However, the staff dealt with this issue promptly and efficiently, and we swapped rooms - just wasn’t what we needed at midnight after a long day travelling. Despite this rocky start, we had a brilliant holiday. The location was fantastic, and the pool area and pool bar were great. The hallways could do with a revamp, as they felt very dated and dark, but the rooms were cleaned regularly and met our needs, even if they looked a bit tired. Overall, we'd recommend these apartments for their location and amenities. With a bit of TLC, they could be truly fantastic. But as it stands, they're a great option for a quick family getaway.

The two guys on reception are so miserable and clearly dont want to be there. Our cleaners came around everyday but not once cleaned the floor and clearly hadn't before we arrived. There were hair tumble weeds blowing around the floor. We moved the sofa at one point and all the silver fish underneath ran off around the apartment. A family welcoming place but also a stag / hen party welcoming place. You cant have both. One afternoon a stag do returned to pass out around the pool and vomit on the floor. Eventually a member of staff used a hose to wake them up and disperse the vomit. We decided to try the poolside cafe one day to be told that you have to buy a prepaid wristband that you get at reception. Only the pool bar accepted the band. We went to order a Pizza at 19.50 as the menu states the snack bar closes at 21.00 The guy said last orders are at 20.00 and its too late at 19.50 . Oh how I laughed as I walked off! Location itself is fantastic! Given what they charge to stay there, its not worth it. Families or stag / hens. They need to decide and go with one only .

Just back and had a great holiday. These apartments are in a great location close to palma nova, magaluf and 2 min walk to the beautiful beach. Great sea views. Hotel good although a bit dated but rooms were good size for family of 4. Female reception staff and cleaners lovely...male reception staff not so pleasant! The pool area is a different story! Towels on beds from early morning..as early as 6.30am. I was setting my alarm for this...felt like I was going to work each day...until I saw someone put towels down late evening....this is what we had to do to secure beds. No rules at the pool at all and everyone squashed in like sardines...literally no space to walk between beds and lying so close to strangers. The pool area was only hosed down daily...not properly cleaned in the 10 days we were there. The pool itself disgusting. Not once did I see this cleaned. The area around the pool black with slippy slim. The tiles in the pool black and missing tiles in parts. No smell of chlorine in 10 days and a goid part of the beach in each corner. My daughter got sick 3 days before we came home...not surprised! We spend most of our time at the pool so unfortunately we won't be returning to this hotel

I am currently staying at these apartments & have stayed here many times over the last 20+ years & have to say it has really gone downhill! The biggest issue we have had was heading out for the day at 11am on Tuesday morning only to arrive home just after 7pm with our apartment door wide open! Thankfully all of our valuables were locked in the safe & so far we haven't noticed anything missing. It turns out that the cleaning lady was in at around 2pm & forgot to close our door...talk about carelessness! I found this out by using my small bit of Spanish to speak to her myself the next morning. For over 5 hours the door was open, meaning any random person could have wandered in & helped themselves to our belongings, luckily we were at the end of the corridoor so not too many passers by. We went to reception immediately to report it, the lady on reception was very helpful but advised that we would need to speak to either the reception or site manager the next morning & she put a note next to our room number on the computer system to record what had happened & apologised to us. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep that night after the shock & so it was early afternoon when we arrived to reception the next day to be told that the site manager had gone home for the day but that the reception manager was there...we told him what had happened the previous evening but he just didn't want to know, he was extremely rude, dismissive & wouldn't even make eye contact with me, told me to come back at 9am the next morning to speak to the site manager, when I asked what time the site manager would be there until he just shrugged his shoulders. I wasn't setting an alarm to get up to speak to him & to be honest I feel that the site manager should have come to our room 1st thing the morning after to apologise to us for what had happened & check if all was ok with us & if any of our belongings were missing instead of us chasing him around. Needless to say we didn't have our room cleaned for the remainder of the week as we didn't trust that our belongings would be safe. Speaking of setting alarms, if you want to have any chance of getting a sunbed then that's exactly what you will need to do! I came on holiday to get away from setting early morning alarms but the sunbed situation here is absolutely diabolical, seems people are putting towels out the night before & nobody is monitoring this at all. The sunbeds are absolutely packed in with no room to move. The pool area is in complete darkness at night & could be quite dangerous, you need to walk through this area to access the bars & restaurants outside, there are plenty of lights but none of them switched on, just like the air conditioning in the rooms, that's pretty non existent & it's been pretty hot here (high 30s) this week so quite difficult to sleep unfortunately. I might aswell finish off the list by adding that the kitchen & bathroom were full of tiny little ants...not that these really bothered us but I'

Great family stay. Clean, comfortable rooms although a bit dated. We had sea views which was lovely. Plenty of sunbeds, Close to beach, shops and restaurants/bars. Pirates adventure and Waterpark short drive away. Nice family atmosphere, would recommend.
