I think the 3.6 average as it currently stands on trip advisor is probably fairly accurate. The food is absolutely fine - you’ll always find something to eat. As with any all inclusive, it gets a bit repetitive. I just don’t think all inclusive in general is for us. The restaurant gets very loud with the clattering of plates and noise from the sheer volume of people in there. We found it unsociable constantly being up and down at different times when meals on holiday should be an enjoyable and sociable experience. No complaints on the food itself though - we all always found nice things to eat. The pool is very busy. Yes, there are people reserving sunbeds early but we’ve always found this in the summer holidays, even in more luxury hotels. We always managed to find a spot round the kids pool though these are deck chairs, not sun loungers. This didn’t bother us. The set up of the family room is good. A double bed and a sofa bed sort of behind a wall so you still have some privacy. Our booking said pool view but we didn’t get that, we looked on to the road at the front of the hotel. We didn’t complain, not sure if they’d have moved us if we did but it didn’t bother us too much. There was a bit of damp on the ceiling where the air con has leaked before. The door to the shower is awkward and water gets everywhere. Cleanliness was fine, entertainment was fine, all staff we came across were nice. Location is excellent. So close to the lovely beach, lots of bars and restaurants around and a short transfer. Like I say, I just don’t think all inclusive is for us but if it is your thing, it’s not a bad hotel! I nearly gave 3 stars but think it’s probably closer to 4. Don’t let the really poor reviews put you off - it’s not that bad!

I recently stayed at this hotel, with my family my youngest being 4 yrs old, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations, particularly given its 4-star rating. Here are the main issues I encountered during my stay: 1. **Overcrowded Pool:** The pool area was extremely overcrowded, making it nearly impossible to find loungers unless you woke up at 5:00 AM to reserve one. It felt like a scramble each morning just to secure a spot, my 11 year old has returned to the uk with a fungal ear infection from using the pool and it's full of puss the doctor has explained unsanitary pool conditions usually cause this. 2. **Subpar Food Quality:** The food offered at the hotel was disappointing and fell short of what I have experienced at other 4-star hotels. The standard simply did not compare, and although the variety wasn't lacking, you may actually like veal / ox cheek as a main dish or yesterdays tinned sausages on a cold stale tasting pizza or pineapple chucks that now taste like tuna and onions after probably being stored together open in the fridge's. 3. **Rude Reception Staff:** The reception staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting guests. Their attitude left a negative impression right from the start. 4. **Unpleasant Bar Staff:** Some of the bar staff were not only rude but also obnoxious at times, which made the experience of ordering drinks quite unpleasant. 5. **Poor Cleaning Practices:** On one occasion, cleaners left our door wide open all day while we were out on a boat trip. We returned around 6:45 PM to find it wide open, with a board left in the frame preventing it from closing properly. This lack of attention to security was alarming, Furthermore the cleaning isn't great as you'll see in the pics. 6. **Cramped Rooms:** The rooms were small and uncomfortable., worn and smell bad The extra bed provided in the twin room was a smelly single chair with missing support slats. When we opened the chair to create the Ben a capsule fell out of it, this could have been dangerous if my daughter had ingested it we had no idea what the white powder could of been inside the clear casing. It was shocking to have such poor accommodations after paying nearly £1200. 7. **Frustrating Drink Token System:** The token system for drinks is a joke. You must return your cup to get a new drink, but staff would often pick up cups, leaving you to pay extra for a new token after already paying for all-inclusive. 8. **Limited Entertainment Seating:** While the entertainment was decent, getting a seat for the main stage required arriving around 5:00 PM and waiting until 9:30 PM for it to start. Otherwise, you were out of luck. 9. **Inadequate Lifts:** The lifts were insufficient for the volume of guests, resulting in long waits and added frustration. Overall, I've never left such a negative review for a TUI holiday before, but this experience felt like a misrepresentation of what was advertised. The lobby may be 4-star, but the rest of t

I have been to Palma Nova on holiday a handful of times and Palma Nova has not changed. This is the first time I have been to Sol Palmnova Mallorca, particularly going All Inclusive for the first time, with my family. And I was very disappointed!!! We hated our stay from start to finish. Rooms: First of all the family room, is not really a family room. It is the size of my living room. It is very small, not a lot of room to move around in. The state of the room is poor, walls are cracked, the frame of our balcony door was broken, there was mould on the ceiling, the chairs on the balcony had dry bird poo. We were so unhappy with the state of our room, we requested to change rooms. So they sorted it out, moved to the same sort of room, on the same floor (1st floor seems to be where the 'Family Rooms' are). But to our surprise, the rooms were exactly the same. Same size, same conditions of the walls, wardrobes and beds. To top this off, our air conditioning leaked on the first night. We had let the reception desk know and someone did come and 'fixed' the air con. But during the night, it did leak again, but not just from the air con itself, but from the light fitting too which was next to it! So again, we requested to change rooms because of how dangerous it had become. So once again, they had sorted this out, moved us to another room, on the same floor, same style room, no change except the air con was working and no leaks. The shower had an awkward glass door which didn't stop the water from leaking to the floor. We were everyday using the small towels to put on the floor next to the bath tub to soak up the water from the shower. Pool: Although we are the type who loves going to the beach, we would have at least once experienced the pool area of a holiday. Well, there was a fat chance of getting any sunbeds for myself and my family because by 7am and onwards, others would put their towels on the sunbeds reserving for themselves and their families. The hotel needs to have a rule for this to give other families a chance, especially when the 2 swimming pools they have are very small. Food: For All Inclusive, the food was disappointing! There wasn't a variety. The food variation was the same throughout the day and week. I mean who has chips for breakfast! Also referring back to the leak from the air con, the air conditioning in the restaurant leaked every single day. Every time we came down for breakfast, a small part of the restaurant would be cornered off because it had leaked during the night. Staff: Cleaners were nice, always made an effort to say hi and they did clean the rooms and changed your towels everyday. One or two Reception staff members were nice but one in particular was not. He was not very helpful and he didn't want to help us because it was close to finishing his shift. All in all, our 6 night holiday was not a great experience. Although we came to Palma Nova for the beach and the beach will always be great, the hotel was n

The hotel its self its gorgeous really like the place, but there is a few things I want to bring up. Having a shower and after a shower the way the glass is is really awkward to get in and out off when we open the glass door and the water is saturated across the floor making it dangerous to walk on we've got to put towels over it. The food is fantastic and everything else but the room we are staying in could be better just to let you know.

Entertainment is amazing there is activities for all ages and activities which I haven’t seen anywhere else. The entertainment was suited for children, teens and adults. The sunloungers are full by 9am and the pool is mobbed all day long. Food is edible but not the best, found ourselves eating out twice. Hotel room is small but does the job for what it needs to be. Location is brilliant! Only main complaint is that the door doesn’t lock. We have been woken up at roughly 8am three times by a member of staff banging on our door then walking into our hotel room whilst we are still asleep. Which we felt really uncomfortable with after thinking we have locked the door. We resorted to having a chair behind the door to wake us up incase someone tried to come in. Overall I would come back based of the entertainment but there’s probably better hotels out there for the same price!
