Avoid, cracks in tiles around pool areas, cockroaches in the dining area, dirty walls in bathroom! Only ate breakfast there and then out all day and night as was over crowded and horrible! Would not go back if I was paid! Cigarette burns in family room grass area from people throwing thdn over their balconies! Disgusting! Only thing going for it is location

Hotel bom. Excelente localização, muito perto da praia, piscinas fantásticas tanto para crianças como para adultos. Quanto à comida é razoável, tem alguma variedade. Um ponto a melhorar é a animação. Resumidamente, é um hotel de 4 estrelas bom.

Beautiful family hotel 5 minutes walk to really nice sandy beach.
Friendly staff wide selections of food night entertainment really for children mainly.
I will go back again in the future.

Gem of a hotel
Hotel was just as i remembered, fabulous.
Rooms are lovely and spacious and air con is good, definitely needed.
Food was lovely, plenty of choice and I say that as a fussy veggie! Cocktails were delicious, pina colada hit the spot.
Pools were lovely and plenty of sunbeds but we needed to be up by 8am to reserve a decent spot.
Staff are lovely and very helpful and friendly. You can hire beach towels for €10 deposit each, saves you having to pack your own.

After reading such bad reviews, we worried. But honestly did not need to worry. We have had a fabulous holiday. Stayed in Sol 1. Rooms small but we only slept in there. No issues with sunbeds. Staff amazing - kind and helpful. Room cleaned daily. Food is repetitive buts it’s an all inclusive - there was something for the whole family. Only negative, if any, is that due to my food allergy I struggled to eat - but this often with a fish allergy coming to Spain. The biggest thank you goes to the entertainment staff. Honestly bloody amazing. They worked so hard day and night to include kids and adults. Kids club was brilliant for our 7 year old and gave us adults a rest. The beach is literally minutes away and is just beautiful. We would 100% come back. Thank you Sol Palmanova

Very good hotel and would recommend it to any one had good food and nice staff and everyone was nice good pool and good entertainment at night and nice rooms to stay in and cleaners are very good and make place nice and tidy and would never go to other hotel

All of the bad reviews made me really worried about our much needed holiday....but we have had the BEST week. We have a 6 year old with us and the children's club has been amazing, such lovely staff. For us as adults we have eaten way too much delicious food, drank too much and relaxed in the sun .. We couldn't ask for more. The entertainment has been brilliant. I would 100% come back.
