Este hotel ya es como nuestra casa después de 7 años pasando en el nuestras vacaciones. No nos cansamos nunca de repetir la experiencia. Un grupo de gente genial (Juanjo,Ilda, Tania….), todos dispuestos a hacerte la estancia lo más agradable posible. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias, las camas muy comodas, el desayuno amplio y de calidad, y sus camarer@s encantadores. En fin, que de nuevo nos ha enamorado y esperamos con ánsia el próximo verano para poder volver. Gracias a todos por vuestra dedicación.

I had the best stay at this hotel, the rooms were a really great size, breakfast was always varied. Sunbeds always available even in August (pool area didn't seem to fill up until closer to 11am) and then could also move to the 21+ area when the sun hit there after 1pm where it was a lot quieter. I was on the street side of the hotel and there was absolutely no noise to complain about. My only problem with the hotel is the shower, I travelled with my Mum and we really didn't like the fact that the shower was so visible, so had to sit on the balcony when eachother were using it and couldn't use the toilet whilst someone was in the shower. Not everyone travels with a partner and a solution to not have the shower so open would be great. I know in this buildings previous iteration they had adjustable blinds instead of the ropes so you could close it if you wished.

Nuestro tiempo en el Zel Palmanova fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el primer momento, nos sentimos bienvenidos gracias al personal atento, y queremos hacer una mención especial a Lucía de GEX, quien hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más memorable con su amabilidad y atención a los detalles. La habitación, con su encantador estilo mediterráneo, era un refugio perfecto para relajarnos, y la comida fue deliciosa, destacando los sabores frescos y auténticos. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de la playa y de todas las atracciones. ¡Esperamos volver pronto!

This must at least be our 8th stay at this utterly fantastic hotel. The whole place is a vibe. Absolutely everything is perfect. It’s in the best location the whole hotel is stunning the staff are amazing the breakfast is incredible the two pools are perfect and it’s spotlessly clean. An extra special thanks to Marina in the guest services team who always greets you in the most warm and welcoming manner. She has a fantastic ambassador for Zel hotels

Dance party from 12noon to 12 midnight throughout the entire lower hotel which is the pool area, restaurant, and lobby areas. No sleep till 1 pm - every night is a party and bucks parties going on in the Beso restaurant. Was a nightmare of constant noise pollution from the DJ that never stops playing music the entire day and night. Stressful and completely tone deaf for a 5 star hotel. Which it is not ! We booked because website said a quiet relaxing Holliday and NO KIDS HOTEL!! kids were everywhere! And it was far from relaxing. It cost an obnoxious fee to stay there and wasn’t worth 1/2 the daily fee. Complete waste of money and time and ruined my 50th birthday as a consequence. Do not stay here unless you want to party all day and night. Total nightmare . Also run by a bunch of children with no idea.
