Fabulous views from the upper floor Sizeable suite, friendly staff. Breakfast was very busy at times, a suggestion would be to have some type of eggs always available e.g. scrambled as wait for fried or omelette is too long. Refreshing buffet could have also been more efficient at breakfast. Dinner was a much more pleasant experience Pool area good Sun loungers may be a problem in high season, along with parasols. Would definitely go to this hotel again

We stayed for seven nights in June 2025. We had room 2403, a Suitopia suite on the 24th floor. Probably the best hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. Large, comfortable bed with a large sitting room with sofa, table, and chairs. Kitchen area with a small fridge. Complimentary bottled water replenished every day. Coffee machine with complimentary tea, coffee, and milk. Kettle available from reception (with a €20 refundable deposit). Balcony was huge with another table and chairs and two sun loungers. Amazing views out to sea. We were half board and we could choose between lunch or dinner each day. Drinks were not included. Breakfast and dinner were buffet. We had lunch twice and once it was buffet and the second time there were five or six choices from a menu. I thought the food was very nice but my wife thought it was rather average. Didn’t particularly like the outside pool area. Too crowded and lack of sun umbrellas. I did go for a swim but then returned to the loungers on our balcony. Didn’t use the spa, gym, or pool bar so can’t comment. Used the Sky bar once for a lovely homemade sangria . Great view. Other days we used the lobby bar or went out. Hotel is in a great location with easy access to town and beach. Everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean and appeared very well maintained. All of the staff were smart, professional, and efficient and most were friendly and helpful. A few things we thought could be improved. Bedside tables were too small. Dinner service starting at 8pm. We would prefer to eat at 7. A few of the restaurant staff looked miserable and some had a tendency to shout at each other across the room. The lobby bar staff sometimes seemed overwhelmed, particularly if there was an event such as a wedding reception. A great hotel, highly recommended
