Stayed here in the summer and it was an absolutely lovely hotel, with everything you can possibly need! The room was gorgeous, we got a free upgrade and couldn’t have been more grateful. The pool area is great, a lot of kids but also more of a private pool for the adults. I only had breakfast here during my stay, but it had so much options, one of the best all inclusive options. The rooftop bar is great, although at our function it was slightly unorganized. We couldn’t order at the bar and had to wait quite a while each time to get a drink. Juan at the front desk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us!

We had a great stay at Suitopia, for my husband's birthday. It is a great location, being close to the beach, restaurants and shops - as well as bus access too from very nearby. We requested a room high up and we were delighted to be on 26th floor with a huge balcony/terrace which had sunbeds and also table and chairs: as well as a small drying rack for wet clothes. Loved that the bathroom had side by side waterfall showers AND also a bath. There was also a double sink. Air conditioning was fabulous and the pace was excellent: including enough length hanging space for women's dresses. Excellent surprise to get a very large beautiful piece of birthday cake for his birthday while there. Cleaning - room was spotless, and the cleaner was so lovely and bright and cheerful. Top marks to her. Breakfast - the busy time was very very very busy, and very noisy. Queuing was necessary and waiting a table. However after 2 days we got up 2 hours earlier and were at breakfast by 8am and that was quiet, and no waiting. We had not included use of the kitchen when we booked: however as the minibar was so very small and we like very cold drinks, we paid to have the kitchen facilities working so that we could have a large fridge for cold drinks (and chocolate!). Lifts - interesting. They were often crowded as there was no way to tell when called if for one or for 10 people - so often on the way down people couldnt get in.

Fuimos en pareja buscando unos días de descanso y, en general, la experiencia fue positiva. El hotel tiene un servicio muy atento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar, y las instalaciones están cuidadas y limpias. La comida nos gustó mucho, con bastante variedad y bien elaborada. Eso sí, al ser un hotel muy orientado a familias, en el desayuno había bastante movimiento y ruido por la cantidad de niños, lo que a veces dificultaba disfrutarlo con calma.

We absolutely loved our experience at Suitopia as a family of four. From the very moment we arrived the team were very welcoming and there are lots of very thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The kids club was fantastic and literally ran from 10am-12 midnight, with activities such as pool games, pyjama party, crafts, sports, beach trips and so much more. All felt very safe and we were happy to leave our children there for a couple hours while we had a bit of parent time. Pool area is great, with slides a bubble to climb and bounce off, a bucket and another small infinity pool. Shout out to Juan (aka Young Rock) as always smiling, helpful and great at his job. Cleaning team was fantasic and room spotless every day. Excellent location as right on the beach, next to tons of restaunts, shops and a short walk to the old town. We would recommend this hotel very highly and stay here again in a flash.

We cannot recommend Estimar Suitopia highly enough! It is perfect for families. The rooms are an excellent size and so many beautiful touches for children (activity packs, full baby set inc. toiletries and a towel and even little sweets left on the pillow by the maid). The pools are also fantastic. They range from 0.3m, 0.8m and 1m so little ones can often touch the bottom. The sides of the pool are also finished in brightly coloured astroturf so no slipping when the kids are running around. There are 6 lifts which is a blessing with a pram so you are never waiting long. The staff are attentive, the food is wonderful and the location is overlooking the beach. If you are thinking of booking this hotel…do so, you won’t regret it. Great for families and most definitely 4⭐️ plus!

Es el 4°año que nos alajomos en este hotel. 10 dias en pension conpleta habitacion suitopia con vistas al mar. Es verdad que con las mismas caracteristicas fue más caro que los años anteriores, excepto por algunos detallitos la comida espectacular (nos faltaron creps en la cena que otros años ponían y mis hijos preguntaban por ellas todos los días). Habitacion muy bien, vistas espectaculares, grande, limpia...animación bien. Lo único que este año nos ha decepcionado es que la temperatura de la piscina grande estaba más fría que en el 2023 cuando nos pasábamos todo el día con mis hijos jugando en ella y el resto de huéspedes igual, en cambio este año nos metíamos sólo para refrescarnos y hemos ido mucho más a la playa ya que estaba mejor de temperatura el agua y hacía menos viento. El cubo de la piscina estuvo estropeado 3 días pero luego ya lo arreglaron. Personal muy amable y atento a todo tanto en el restaurante, piscina, limpieza, recepción...echamos de menos a jimmy La zona de la playa muy bien,arena fina y blanca, agua limpia y el paseo muy agradable y con mucho ambiente. Estancia muy agradable pero con esos detallitos que hemos comparado con otros años.

Hotel muy recomendable. El personal es extremadamente amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, lo que hace que la estancia sea muy agradable. Las vistas son espectaculares, especialmente al atardecer. La oferta de actividades de animación es variada y divertida para todas las edades. Como único punto a mejorar, sería ideal contar con un espacio para bailar por la noche y alargar un poco más el entretenimiento.
