Hôtel bien placé, proche de la mer et des commerces. La façade ne paye pas de mine, mais la décoration intérieure est faite avec goût. L'hôtel est très propre. La terrasse sur le toit est très agréable. Petites attentions dans la chambre (dosettes de café, thé, madeleines, bouteille d'eau). Lit double en 140cm.

Fabulous for a 3* hotel, unremarkable looking from the outside, however the interior seemed newly refurbished and spotless. Our room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and the view amazing. We booked to include breakfast which was on a par with any top hotel. Great choice of pastries, breads including gluten free options, cereals, yogurts, meats and cheeses as well as a variety of fresh fruits, salads, eggs, sausages etc. Staff were all professional and welcoming.

We booked for 2 nights, unfortunately we had some delays on our journey and we called advising we were late the lady said she would wait for us but we got there at 1am, no one at the reception we rang the bell nothing. We had to sleep in the car and around 7/7:30 we had back to this hotel no one at the reception, we called and the lady said the check in was at 15:00 and the room was not ready?! Well we book a room a night before, how can this be?? Not happy whatsoever with this place that cost us the triple!!!

Stayed in a one bedroomed apartment in the Esmerelda Suites opposite the hotel. Kitchen well stocked (can get a kettle from Reception in Hotel). E4 per day to have a lock for the safe. Good view looking out to the sea and rock. Lifts were slow but many cyclists used them with their bikes so heavy usage. Corridors were stark and everything echoes so inside the apartment there is noise. Good location near to sea front, supermarket and hourly bus service to Calpe centre has a bus stop opposite the apartments. To get to Benidorm etc best bet is the tram (use bus to get you to tram stop). Once in Benidorm just walk downhill to the sea front.

The hotel is clean and modern,looks to be completely refurbished. Tea and coffee facilities in room,fridge and reasonable size tv. Free Wi-Fi. Room was cleaned daily and was spotless. Close to beach and an abundance of restaurants ranging from fast food to Indian,Thai,Chinese,Spanish and Italian. Supermarket just across the road

Very clean, small, inexpensive hotel in a central location, within easy walking distance of the beach and town. A decent sized room with tea making facilities and fridge, which was ideal as we did not book for breakfast. I believe the hotel had recently had a refurb so therefore it felt very fresh. Although we didn't use it, there was a fabulous little roof terrace. Very pleasant staff. Would recommend.

We were a group of 3 and our experience with this hotel was just awful, in terms of price, service and dishonest management: 1 - we booked a triple room for 176€. Sadly we found later that this was simply twice the rate for a double room. They simply charged for an extra bed the price of another double room. 2 - The shower draining was full of hairs from previous guests. 3 - The room was booked through booking platform. It included breakfast and there wasn't any mention to breakfast schedule. At arrival we asked for it, as we needed to leave the room latest at 7.30. At reception (unfriendly treatment) they said it would not be possible that we need to speak with the owner, and we were given it's telephone. After a couple of calls they confirmed they provide us breakfast at 7.30. Surprise they didn't comply with the agreement. In summary: hustler, liars and dirty.
