Great location, apartment as expected
Our apartment was as expected for the money. It could do with a bit of updating as a few bits were battered or broken (kitchen knife, clothes airer, balcony door). That said any issues we raised during our stay were dealt with quickly and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, the apartment had heating which we were very glad of a coue of days when Spain was colder than the UK! We had a lovely break and would definitely consider staying there again.

Calpe a jewel on the Costa Blanca
Very good accommodation, very clean and well equipped toiletries provided which was welcoming especially when you are so restricted with only hand luggage.Great views of the sea , pool area looks good. Was very pleased with choice I made would definitely book again.

Buena situación, apartamento espacioso,limpio y con todas las comodidades. Suficiente sitio para aparcar en las inmediaciones. Perfecto para familias. A un paso de la playa y de varios supermercados.

Beetje weggestopt naast Hotel Esmeralda. Vergane glorie met een ongeinterreerde receptioniste die je ongeveer uitlegd waar je moet zijn. Appartement zeer gedateerd maar wel met alles wat je nodig hebt muv een degelijke messenset en een droogrek voor de was. 5g wifi, verrassend stabiel. Bedden een complete ramp, matras is een steen. Sprei is ronduit smerig,vol vlekken. Handdoeken 1x per week wisselen net als beddelinnen. Balkon is groot met zijdelings zeezicht. De slaapbank ik vies en totaal versleten. Appartementen zijn heel gehorig, lijken wel gipswandjes tussen de appartementen. Er is een TV, magnetron, gaskooktoestel en een wasmachine uit grootmoeders tijd. Koelkast en airco ook aanwezig. 4 terrasstoelen waarvan qua slijtage 2 op scherp en twee ligbedden. In november s ochtends geen zon op je balkon, s avonds tot ca 4 uur. Twee supermarkten in de directe nabijheid. Zondags gesloten. Buslijn L1 om de hoek. Ondanks de drie sterren beoordeling toch een afrader.

Me han engañado, no tenía aire acondicionado. Horrible y me trasladaron al suite esmeralda y me cobraron 334 euros más por tener aire acondicionado. Estafadores, sin toldo. Sucio. Un fraude . Después de alquilarlo y pagar más me lo vuelven a dar estropeado el aire

Falta de mantenimiento absoluto de los apartamentos, lamentablemente ya hemos venido varias veces, y en todas ellas hemos tenido algún percance con el apartamento, está última vez, se estropeó el baño de la habitación tuvimos que solicitar una solución al problema y nos cambiaron de apartamento y en el que nos cambiaron la lavadora perdía agua , que pena , no volveremos

Lo unico bueno que tienen son las vistas y la gran terraza. El resto no vale para nada. Mobiliario antiquísimos, el tubo del desagüe de la lavadora sale hacia la ducha, lo cual, si pongo la lavadora no me puedo duchar porque me sale el agua. Para el sofa cama, te dan las sabanas y hay te sirvas tu. La campana extractora de humo la sigo buscando, porque no tenia. Los toldos exteriores deteriorados. Las persianas no bajaban tampoco bien. Una experiencia nefasta. A si me queria cambiar como lo vi al dia siguiente me cobraban la limpieza del apartamento para ponerme en otro. Dicho por gente de ayi los hay peores. Lo cual no recomiendo a nadie que alquile con unitursa.

Prachtig uitzicht! Hoe hoger hoe mooier. Wel best kiezen voor de appartementen met terras op de zuidzijde (A en B). Op de appartementen aan de oostzijde (C en D) is de zon snel weg en kan het koud zijn door de wind. Is wel een goede optie (oostzijde) in de 'hete' maanden juli en augustus. Mooi en ruim terras met mogelijkheid om te eten en te zonnen. Ruim zwembad (2). Eenvoudig en sober interieur (zoals in de meeste vakantieappartementen). Schitterende ligging vlak bij het La Fossa strand en grote winkels (Consum en Mercadona). Aan het einde van de kuststrook van Calpé. Buiten het seizoen nog betrekkelijk veel gratis parking. Dus erg rustig, maar je bent toch nog op wandelafstand (45') van Calpé-stad. Bushalte is vlakbij.

Discrimination against disabled visitors. Refusing to let disabled visitors use a mobility scooter. Disgusting treatment for 2023. Advising people on mobility scooters to walk instead. No warning of these rules so avoid if you are using a mobility scooter.
