Nos hemos alojado con amigos. Nuestro apartamento viejo, terraza muy pequeña y sin mobiliario para poder estar un rato cómodamente, la ducha del baño pequeño con una bastante antihigiénica cortina q daba repelús, la máquina de aire ruidosa. Voy a recepción y ni tan siquiera un “lo lamentamos”. Muy apáticos. Lo único bueno, la ubicación

El apartamento está destrozado, sofá que se desarma y muy sucio, da asco sentarse, muebles super antiguos, paredes sucias. Lo de las camas ni te cuento, ni en los peores hoteles del mundo , de muelles , he dormido varias noches en la hamaca de la terraza, las almohadas amarillas que dan un asco ..... La limpieza sin comentarios, los baños con unos olores..... Y encima el precio que cobran conforme está. Lo único bueno la cercanía a la playa y la terraza..... Y mejor no hablar del personal de la oficina..... La luz se dispara cada 2x3, el wifi va mal....

Estos apartamentos tienen Spa que está muy bien como opción en los meses de invierno sobre todo con niños. Ese fue el motivo de mi reserva en Dic 2024 ya que aunque tiene una buena ubicación, en invierno son fríos, no les da mucho el sol, sobre todo en portal 3 y 4, pero compensamos con el servio de Spa. Pues bien, cuando hicimos la reserva el Spa llevaba 1 semana averiado sin fecha de solución. Durante las 5 noches de estancia no se reparó el Spa y no nos dieron ninguna solución, ni tan si quiera una rebaja del precio o compensación. Tuvimos que hacer reclamación oficial que esta en curso. Muy decepcionada por el trato. Por cierto que las sabanas con agujeros y los suelos del apartamento y puertas bastante en mal estado. En fin, no habría alquilado en este sitio de haber sabido que el Spa estaba roto.

Disappointing Experience It wasn’t just me; other apartments experienced the same issues. I wasn’t the only one. I have never received such poor treatment and service. They don’t provide the services described on their website, the spa is not functional, the rooms are dirty, the sheets are torn, and if you complain, it feels like they don’t care. They show zero regard for customer service. I’ve never encountered such a terrible experience. You fulfill your part by paying, but they fail to deliver the promised services. Very disappointing. Rest assured, if you encounter a problem, they won’t resolve it.
