I lost the very important items in the room 215 on Dec20,but nobody to help to deal with my requirement. I thought it is the hotel responsibility to help guests return lost items,even if it is sample to call UPS or Fedex to pick up.I am trying to talk with reception much times but nobody to help me,it is terrible experience

The hotel double charged me, and even though was already paid, saying was part of the deposit … the trip.com team has been really helpful but the hotel refuse to give me back 100% of the double charge they did, I’ve been trying to contact them several times since … but no answer. Avoid yourself problems, you have better options around the airport.

When I first went in, the front desk staff was very rude. They didn't have a name tag on and when I couldn't pay, they laughed and acted very rudely.

There were not enough towels for everyone. The towels were very dirty. They were like rags.

The location of the hotel is good and the room facilities are decent. However, the front desk service is so poor. I have a look of impatience on my face.

Hotel chain, trustworthy!

A suite hotel in a hotel cluster near the airport. There are plenty of parking spaces, and there is a coin-operated washing machine and a clothes dryer. The room is large, but it's a pity that the sheets didn't seem to be changed. There is breakfast, but there is no hot milk and the variety is very limited. I can only say that it is okay.

Although I stayed there for seven or eight days and was a little tired of the breakfast, this room was still satisfactory in all aspects. Although it is near the airport, it is very convenient to go everywhere, and to the new big city in Calgary to the east. The community is quite close. You can also take a look at the situation of this newly built big community.

Great hotel for good money. Take it without hesitation if you want to have a good rest
