The hotel is located in downtown but we had to walk from the bus stop. Service was good and we stored our bags there after check out. Unfortunately, it is right across from the construction site, so lots of dust and noise. However, the room is nice and the shampoo smells great!

I got to the hotel by taxi, so I don't know how to get there. It's not a very big hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I called for a taxi at 6am for 7:30am, but the receptionist hadn't taken over at the morning shift, so the taxi didn't come. They called me back right away, but I almost missed the tour meeting. The restaurant on the premises was a bit expensive, but it was delicious.

A very nice hotel in Calgary. Centrally located and large rooms. Free parking in the garage, which you can leave until 3:00 PM on your day of departure. A lovely outdoor pool in the courtyard with a bit of a Miami vibe.

Cleanliness and state of the room was unacceptable. Mold in the fridge and in the bathroom. The furniture was ripped and torn, stains on the wood furniture and some sort of sticky substance everywhere.

I haven't been in Calgary for a while and it is alive and well. Great city in every way...except sports....lol. I will always stay at the Arts Hotel. Great all around.

Good location downtown with short walk to other areas of interest. Nice tavern and restaurants near by. Helpful reception staff and appreciated an earlier check in as we arrived early afternoon. Parking also convenient. Room fine for a couple of nights. Didn’t eat at hotel. Couple minor gripes- shower over bath with shower curtain. They should consider updating to a walk in shower and ditching the bath. Only hotel been to where laundry has to be taken to reception and then collected rather than they deliver to room . And they forgot to hand over part of it so needed two trips! Note the comments about swimming pool…. Didn’t bother us as not expecting to use, but if the pool was a main focus of your visit can understand potential problems when busy.

The worst service and amenities at any hotel I have been to. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Amenities like the pool are barely accessible to hotel guests, as they cannot simply go to the pool; instead, a reservation must be booked. However, securing a reservation is almost impossible, even with advance notice, as all pool reservation spots are already booked by non-hotel guests. The hotel hallways are constantly crowded with carts and garbage from people's room service that the staff never seems to clean up. Just don't waste your time on this hotel, you will be very disappointed.
