It was great overall, I was offered to upgrade to jacuzzi suite, awesome service. Will definitely recommend to stay here again.

Close to Banff

This hotel is really convenient for those that want to go to Banff from Calgary. The staff members during my check in and check out experience was positive, all were friendly.

I had a comfortable stay. However, it's a bit noisy in the early morning because it's on the side of the road... Parking was easy and it was good in many ways.

Absolutely thunderous, Hygiene: poor Environment: poor Service: There is no one at the front desk during the day Wearing pajamas, there was a bite on my back and a bump on my face. It was definitely not clean! ! ! The windows cannot be opened and there is no ventilation in the room. It smells very bad.
