房子裏空調噪音太大，住宿期間隔壁一對男女及攜帶的狗狗狂吠，從夜裡12點開吵鬧不停，至凌晨近三點才安靜，期間未聽到酒店管理者給予制止，酒店管理水平較差，2025年4月8日收取的按金至今未退回信用卡里，請店方注重自己的形象，拖延退款無異於多收費，價格欺詐，攜程衹顧推銷，不監督酒店的後繼退款，已損害消費者權益，希望攜程盡職盡責解決按金問題
