Came to Calgary to visit friends, and booked this hotel out of trust in Marriott. The actual experience was quite good. The room is a little small, but it is still okay for one person. The hotel breakfast is very good, whether it is buffet or ordered. I had to catch a very early flight on the last day, and the kitchen helped me pack a portion before. The front desk staff who helped me order food in the evening was also very nice and patiently introduced each dish to me.
The only dissatisfaction is that the bathroom door in the room is also the door of the closet. When the bathroom door is closed, the inside of the closet will be exposed. I don’t like this design very much... Other than that, everything else is good. The hotel is in a good location, close to Chinatown and shopping malls. I walked all of them, and it is not far from the light rail station. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the airport by Uber, which is not too far (after all, Calgary is such a big place).
I will stay here next time I come to Calgary!

It's similar to the Westin in Ottawa. The breakfast variety is a bit limited, which is a downside, but the staff is really enthusiastic. Especially Ms. Huang at the front desk, although she is Vietnamese, she speaks fluent Mandarin and helped me a lot.

The receptionist was very cheerful and the room was very clean! It is also located conveniently in Downtown Calgary. However, the temperature of the shower can be a bit tricky to adjust as it will either be too hot or too cold. But I was very satisfied overall and would recommend this hotel to fellow solo travellers!

Come to a relative’s wedding! Breakfast is included every day! Convenient transportation! The room is not too small and the bed is quite big! The room is also cleaned every day. It is worth staying again.
