酒店停車是收費的，停在兩個街區以外是免費的，我們帶着一個幼童一個嬰兒預訂了三人間三張單人床，頁面上寫的免費提供嬰兒床，但是女主管一定要讓我們加價1***9歐才能入住。這是第二天住，因為第一天説那個訂單上寫的是三人間兩成人，人數對不上，第二天人數對上了，還是要加錢。
餐廳的食物種類還是比較多的，但是晚餐是不提供任何水的需要購買，而且食物做得非常鹹。
衹打掃了衞生間，我的一個眉毛夾子就不見了。如果是貴重物品呢？
衞生間裏的洗髮沐浴露散裝的，感覺不衞生。一次性用品就第一次提供，後邊都不願意給。衞生紙較差，房間不提供水。

I cannot express how much I enjoyed my little solo week away! The hotel is beautiful, staff are so friendly and welcoming and the location is spot on for restaurants, shops and bars. The roof terrace is lovely and such a good addition! Rooms are clean, well equipped and towels changed daily. The food is nice and has lots of variation, always replenished and a different choice every night. Breakfast was a highlight, really was so nice. Cannot wait to return, if I could come back tomorrow then I would!

Lovely hotel in great location- 15 minute walk to train station, a few minutes walk to main street and beach just across the road. Breakfast was lovely and had plenty of options. Rooms nice, lovely having a kettle in the room. Staff very helpful. Only downside was the lift, it was a bit slow.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. The hotel now has a kettle and mugs in every room (not many hotels do, so this is really good). Also a fridge. The only thing you pay for is the safe. Good sound-proofing, so a good nights' sleep every night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good food both breakfast and dinner. Best time to go was after 8pm as it wasn't so busy then. Indoor pool and jacuzzi free to use. Also jacuzzis and sunbeds on the roof terrace, with excellent views over the beach and the town. Highly recommended as have stayed before and this hotel gets better every time with new facilities being added often. A new gym was added this year. The only negative this was I only stayed a week!

my first solo trip to spain and calella and this hotel. from start to finish i loved this hotel from room 311 3rd floor. room had everything you can you can ask for. view is awesome sea view room. i stayed for 4 night and the staff when i needed them for questions were really helped and kind. the food is nice and good variety. not too mention tea and coffee in your room , just wow. pools, roof ground and inside great. room was clean tidy and cleaned every day with towel change. close the beach is a huge bonus. just stay away from the delie supermarkets, they rip you off. theres a nice spar store around the corner for your food etc. really would return to this hotel and would recommend it. thanks for a great stay and i hope to return soon.

Lovely hotel but no atmosphere,no comfort in either bar(when they were open) in general I would just ok,not 4star,needs comfy couches in reception area,not hard modular seating.personally I wouldn't go back to hotel nor area.very clean,I'm not a big drinker,but if I want a drink,I want the bar open
