Horrible stay, the hotel was supposed to have quiet hour starting at 10 they admitted that, but at 11:30 PM, 50 children from Germany were running wild through the place, we were with an EF group of high school students, and they were all tucked nicely away in bed for a 615 departure however most of them were staying on the floor directly below the lobby which means that all of the chairs scraping, children running, and all the noise was directly on top of them it made for a very terrible sleeping arrangement. It got to the point where our Tour Director actually threatened to call the police on the hotel because they did not say anything to the other group that was here.

Hôtel à fuir !!! Je vous écris à 3h du matin, car il est impossible de dormir. Le lit est totalement inconfortable : deux lits simples collés l’un à l’autre pour un couple, c’est inacceptable. Les couvertures sentent mauvais, les coussins sont désagréables, et la climatisation ne fonctionne pas — ce qui n’était pas précisé lors de la réservation. On a dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte parce qu’il faisait beaucoup trop chaud. Résultat : un bruit de machine constant, qui tourne toute la nuit. Ce bourdonnement devient insupportable et donne littéralement mal à la tête au bout d’un moment. Une odeur nauséabonde provient de la salle de bain. La piscine sur le toit ? Inutilisable et inaccessible — là encore, non précisé. Les chambres sont très, très, très mal isolées : à chaque fois qu’une porte se ferme dans le couloir, la nôtre claque violemment, au point de me faire sursauter. Cet hôtel ne vaut clairement pas son prix : 115€ la nuit, c’est du vol. Fuyez, même dormir dans une voiture serait préférable !!!

Un albergo normale senza pregi particolari e senza limiti particolari. Il personale della reception molto gentile ma decisamente confusionario. Bella la camera vista mare, meno quella vista strada. La cucina a buffet molto ordinaria.

l'hôtel devra indiquer les coûts complémentaires
le séjour a été simple
la propreté est de bon niveau
par contre l'accueil moyen. la wifi est gratuite seulement à la réception mais dans les chambres la wifi est payante de 1€/par jour et par personne ayant un smartphone ou IPhone et par ordinateur.
Parking payant de 13€/par jour et loin de l'hôte car il n'y a pas de place à l'extérieur.
nous avons eu une chambre coté rue, très bruyant !!

Nous sommes arrivés pour deux nuits en famille (couple + bébé de un an). Nous avions été placés dans une chambre du 1er étage: brouhaha incessant des moteurs extérieurs et balcon quasiment collé à la résidence d'à côté, donc vu sur une façade. Un grand merci au personnel qui a été réactif et à l'écoute, nous avons donc pu basculer sur une chambre au 8e. Avis aux familles avec des enfants en bas âge : les balcons ne seront absolument pas secure.
Niveau propreté, notre salle de bain n'avait clairement pas été faite : un nombre important de cheveux jonchaient le sol et ils y avait des projections foncés sur le mur au dessus du toilette, globalement le reste de la chambre était correct. Le buffet Petit déjeuner offre un grand choix, sucré/salé, il est varié et ravitaillé sans difficulté. Les équipements de l'hôtel sont très agréables (piscines, bar, restaurant). Proche de la mer, des restaurants et de toutes commodités, au sein d'un parc hôtelier donc bruyant et fréquenté.
Le rapport qualité prix est correct.
NB du 1er au 3e c'est vu et proximité sur façade, c'est bon de le savoir à la réservation...

Un peu dessus des repas et la sale à manger; Mais pour le prix, en all inclusive, ça va. Oubliez le vin rouge, il est servi frais... Si vous demandez un panier repas pour le midi, pensez le matin à vous l'agrémenter, les sandwich sont très (voir trop) basiques. Les critiques que j'ai pu lire ici sur le personnel sont quelque peu abusives. Ils sont tous multi-taches et travaillent beaucoup. Pour le stationnement c'est vraiment galère. Soit il faut avoir beaucoup de chance, soit aller se garer à perpette. Mais sinon, bien placé, tant par rapport à ville, la plage... que la région. Bref, je vous conseille
