The breakfast options were diverse and included various cuisines. Guests liked the clean, comfortable rooms with memory foam beds, ample storage, and balconies. Fridges and large TVs added to the convenience.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel. The staff were friendly overall — bartenders and housekeepers were lovely — but the reception experience left a lot to be desired. When I asked about the nearest shop, the receptionist questioned why I needed to go there, which felt unhelpful and a bit rude. On our last day, checkout was at 10:30 am but our flight wasn’t until 10 pm. When I asked if we could have lunch or dinner while waiting, the answer I got was “you can try”… not really the clarity or service you expect. The spa/private pool area was dirty, rusty, and in serious need of upgrades — especially disappointing since they charge extra to use it. Food options were very limited: hardly any chicken or turkey (which would have been good for kids and picky eaters), mostly pork and fish. Rooms were cleaned daily but were quite small and cramped, nowhere near 4-star standards. Evening entertainment was okay but nothing special, and there were no activities like aqua aerobics or similar. This hotel is fine if you’re traveling with very young children (the pirate ship pool was fantastic for kids under 6), but for older kids or families looking for variety and proper entertainment, it falls short. Overall, not impressed and would not return — especially considering the price.
